Yeh that would be nice... It's not even just the motivation part, I always feel kinda self concious at the gym for some reason. I'm fine at the beach and stuff but at the gym I feel like people are all thinking "lol look at the toothpick" XD
Also have no idea where to even begin as far as working out goes.
Let me say we all start somewhere. Most start scrawny or fat when we go to the gym. That's why we go to the gym, to improve our physique/health.
People arn't going to stare at you unless ur wasting time on the weights or machine(e.g. texting or switching songs on ur ipod too much). Most guys i know are so concerned with their own workouts they could care less what others' are doing.
EDIT: check out this book if ur new to the gym. It's written by the Editor-N-Chief of Men's Health.
Abs Diet
It talks about basic nutrition, cardio, crunchs, weight lifting. I used it when i first started going to the gym 6~years ago cause i didnt know how to eat or how to work out.
