Maybe because when you tell someone you like them but they don't feel the same way, they always make sure to tell you how good a friend you are. :< And that has a tendency to mean game over. :(

Oh, I see. :-( Instead of telling you the truth, that they dislike this or that about you, they try to let you down easy and it ends up being a pain in everyone's arse. That does compute. /comfort!

I think it does mean (slightly) different things to different people. That's just my experience anyway. XD

There was that one video too, some guy went around a college campus asking girls if they thought men and women could be just friends. Most of the girls said yes, but then when they asked if the guy friends would be willing to have sex with the girl friends, all the girls thought (or implied) that the men would be willing. That seems incorrect in my own experience. I have more guy friends than girl friends, but I don't think any of them would ever think that way (about me.) Most of them are like brothers or cousins to me, and most of them are also good friends with my husband. Maybe it's just because I'm married, but I'm just not seeing any horn-dog guy friends. Or maybe my friends are just classy? Or maybe that's just an incorrect stereotype at mens' expense. >.> Poor men, they always get the negative end of the stereotype.

no cast will ever fill the shoes of the first two season's casts =/ Pandora boxx <3 forever in my heart. Titania should have won that season lol. I was glad when that blk guy won though he was amazing. I wasn't a fan of Tyra Sanchez but rewatching that Season she definitely was the best. The only time she *** up was when she has to sing >.>"" but otherwise she did a rly good job. Even in the final lip sync w/ Raven she completely destroyed her performance wise.

read the ladder theory. guys can be friends with you because youre unavailable. it's one of the rules.

I googled the ladder theory, and I think some of it is wrong and some of it is scarily accurate. xD It does make sense that I can have guy just-friends because I am unavailable, but my single friends get into all sorts of senseless drama over male just-friends. Makes kinda perfect sense, actually. :o

You'll get to the 13th Chapter in Orphan's Cradle where you can go to Pulse or Cocoon from teleporters, and back to Orphan's Cradle. You have to complete Ch12 to get back to Ch11's content though.

I hate how LogoTV.com has so many commercials, and it's always the same one like 3 times in a row, then at the end of the show it's like 18 times watching the same commercial in total.

read the ladder theory. guys can be friends with you because youre unavailable. it's one of the rules. In the gay world your only allowed real friends when ur single. When you ur "facebook relationship status," then his friends are automatically your friends, which personally I've never liked....

We must live in completely different gay worlds.
Wouldn't that also go the other way though too ... and cancel out?

then his friends are automatically your friends
by extension, your friends would automatically be his friends
and there'd be no net change o_O

EDIT: i drew the arrows in the wrong direction. lolz equilbrium is directed to the LEFT in all 3 reactions. May Linus Pauling forgive me!

But, how do you pick who's on which side :P Just like in chemistry, its dependent on the entire system and external variables.
E.g. your friends may not like your bf, and therefor in-order to remain bf's you two have to hang out with HIS friends consequently since ur friends don't like him.

This exact scenario happens to me all the time. I tell my friends to deal with it and stfu, and the bf to like my friends or gtfo. Has worked well for me :D

Hows your day going?
Just curious to see how many of us actually play FFXI. **Now, let's try to keep this clean, please don't respond if you have nothing nice to say.** :] Don't be shy, speak up! :D
EDIT: You don't have to be gay to post in here, if you want to be apart of our conversations.. feel free to join in! Don't be shy, we don't bite.. well some of us do! :] Anyyyyyways~! This thread has become a home to many from the LGBT community & even some from the straight community who are open minded and enjoy chit-chatting with us, :] so let's keep it drama free, we deserve a place where we can be ourselves without being made fun of/harassed.
