I agree, no offense lol. Though I used to be and think the same way, I HATED kids, from the time I was like 2, I hated other kids, now I've got 2 <.< And most babies are funny looking, but some are cute.

IRL I'm not as much a jerk as I sometimes come across online as.

That's odd. . .
A child's presence generally triggers a hormone influx that allows for unconditional love/responsibility - similar to a puppy/kitten.
I would never say never. :'p
Life has a lot of twists and turns and, the only limiting factor is theoretically yourself.

I don't really find puppies or kittens all that cute.
I don't use emotions very much/well. The only time I'm emotional is when I get mad, which isn't very often.
I'm not good at conveying emotion, which is part of why I don't want children.
*Edit* I should say I'm not good at showing Emotion in a "normal" way. I do it in little ways that I feel convey my emotions very loudly, but it just doesn't come across like that to others.

Cause before I had kids, I always wanted to run away from where ever a kid was lol, with a puppy/kitten I want to pick it up and take it home with me.

people are supposedly biologically predisposed to react favorably to things with large eyes and other features similar to those of babies.

Well, it has a lot to do with who claims said child/organism.
If you know it is not yours and know that someone else is caring for it, you'd be indifferent.
If you saw a baby that is clearly alone and without a caretaker, you'd instinctively care for it.
In an extreme case, you'd probably run because you know you couldn't care for it?

I think we are all pretty much that way.Seems that after playing this game for numerous years our patience fades away.I am pretty sure most ppl ingame think I am mean irl, but it's really not the case.I think I lost faith in online ppl overtime and we can clearly see it when I play.

I frequently saw kids by themselves and it wasn't instinct that made me care for them, its the fact I knew what kinda scum there is in this world that would take advantage of a lost child. I usually wanted to run because I couldn't stand being around kids, I still really can't, except my own really.

Animals with large eyes are creepy/scary. They have that permanent look of murderous intent on their face. O_O

Just curious to see how many of us actually play FFXI. **Now, let's try to keep this clean, please don't respond if you have nothing nice to say.** :] Don't be shy, speak up! :D
EDIT: You don't have to be gay to post in here, if you want to be apart of our conversations.. feel free to join in! Don't be shy, we don't bite.. well some of us do! :] Anyyyyyways~! This thread has become a home to many from the LGBT community & even some from the straight community who are open minded and enjoy chit-chatting with us, :] so let's keep it drama free, we deserve a place where we can be ourselves without being made fun of/harassed.
