This has been gone over ad nausem in the original thread for it

I think the general idea would be for the Homam/Narsh pieces if you already had the item to turn in and just hadn't yet... possibly also salvage bodies if you already have the 3 15/25/35... and maybe with relics if you have stage 4, or similar with mythic.
