The temple gloves augment the individual boosts, so the correct answer is to use both temple and mnd gloves. As long as temple gloves are on during boost, then you're fine. When you finish your last boost, then swap to your MND gloves and fire off the blast for max damage.
As for me not being on, I haven't had electricity in over a month (hence why I'm on a proxy, as "games" are filtered by websense at the library)
