Can be won even with complete morons if jobs are right.

Just get yourself a bunch of sams or /sams and 2 healers per pt, with a supertank. I've set these runs up for friends, and am currently proud to say 12/14 using this method with a shout group.

i've lost like 12 shout groups in a row the only time i've won was with a blm group ~.~
