Was cleaning out my closet the other day, and found a FFXI atlas. Flipping through it, I found a Jugner Forest page, and thought the description might cause some lolz so here it is:
NM: KING ARTHRO
DROP ITEMS: SPEED BELT, DAMASCENE CLOTH
Passing through King Ranperre's Tomb leaves you on the northeast side of the lake. Here, knight crabs appear about every three Vana'diel days in large numbers (Earth time). If you defeat them all, the king of the crabs, King Arthro (NM), will appear near the lake. King Arthro uses the Monk's Hundred Fist attack, supplemented by Waterga VI. Counter it with the Paladin's Invincible. It'll require about six characters of level 60 or higher to defeat it and as drop items, it drops the speed belt and the damascene cloth. The damascence cloth is necessary in order to make the vermillion cloak.

Edit: On a side note, one of the captions on the page is: GET EXPENSIVE WOOD BY LOGGING - which I also lol'd at.
