Enhancing Magic?
Prolly A Stupid Question but I've decided to level a RDM mule. I was wondering how Enhancing Magic effected spells such as Haste and Refresh. Thanks
Unfortunately it doesn't. Which is why the job with the best enhancing skill is probably #3 in ranks of enhancing magic buffers
Enhancing Magic Skill only affects Barspells, Stoneskin, and Enspells if I recall correctly... though I seem to recall Haste duration is gimped if your Enhancing skill isn't up to par, probably that of a 40WHM or so.

Derp, you're right. 1 damage reduced for every 10 Enhancing skill minus 2. Slipped my mind.
Yeah that would be it. Though it's affects on stoneskin are pretty minimal. Mnd does way much more lol.
Also if I remember correctly enhancing magic of the person with the enspell effects resist rate of enspell. While the dmg is set by the caster. |
