For those that need the answer posted in front of the Garuda and I agree with

I agree with Flionheart but for those that need it in front of them. GARUDA is my server hence posted in the Garuda forums.

And I don't need Critics here. I am offering something for the sets or even the peices its not that hard

At the risk of sounding like a critic, why don't you just use your Conquest Points to get those things? You can get the Mercenary Gi and Royal Footman stuff with CP, then find a high CC to try to make the Federation and a high Leathercrafter to make Kingdom stuff out of it. Since you're posting here, I'm assuming you're having a hard time finding this stuff. Just throwing that out there.

Guessing you are from Bastok, since you are asking for Sandy and Windy sets.

You could wait until Bastok is first place, buy with your CP the whole sets, and have a crafter to HQ them for you.

Wait what? Bastok in 1st place..... oh wait is not Asura haha

Here is the problem with that. Everyone I have asked has not had an idea of where to go to get Windy or Sandy items from Bastok I.M.
I have enough I would have done that already since Bastok is 1st on Garuda

Actually, I think you can also talk to the NPCs in Metalworks who does the Sandy/Windy delegations and their special NPCs for conquest there also...
