Auto Sort Not Working

My computer died and I reinstalled everything a few months ago. My Auto sort doesn't work from the menu at all. Loading in the game with POL, vanilla, no add on, and no dice. When I click Auto sort, it just doesn't do anything. I see a few posts from 8-9 years ago but no fixes.

Go to Config and see what your inventory setting is at. I did this a few months ago and it was driving me nuts.

Config > gameplay > Inventory > Sort: On

I uploaded my macros to the server, deleted my user folder, logged in and it worked. As soon as I downloaded my macros, it stopped working again.

{Edit}I switched the type and then switched it back and now it's working. Hopefully this helps someone else if they have this problem
