They said they would release the other 2 fights as HTBF, and those drop legs/hat. But my guess is on like a mage staff or Daybreak-like weapon with a unique spell. If they release 3 bodies in one HTMB they will be worse drop rate than shinryu.
You better pray your *** *** off they dont do that. Optimally you want the mage head, heavy body, light legs Then the set rotates for AMK and ASA Heavy head, light body, mage legs I can't think of many fights in the entire game that drop 3 bodies aside from like 75 kirin and odin-einherjar

another thing to place bets on:
how bad do you think the fight is gonna be? the OG version does not sound easy, and it's likely going to have tp denial nerf like CoD has. Lotta groups on Asura back then couldn't zerg it, because it came out right after Salvage Bans, and so a lot of the most geared and knowledgeable players at the time were groupless/no longer had their endgame characters. Not sure how it was on other servers. I experienced a pretty big depressive episode because of it. I lost my brother and like 2/3rds of my friendlist in the Salvage Bans, and my social LSmates could have zerged it with Icarus Wings, but when I told them to, "Bring Icarus Wings, they are mandatory for us to win." They took that as, "We'll probably be fine without them." Later won with the ranged method

I'm betting it's just the 3 bodies with stats similar to the RSE we got.
EDIT: HOPE YOU *** LIKE 30 MERIT POINT FIGHTS WITH ***DROPS BECAUSE WOO BOY Personally not expecting much as far as the gear itself, but would be nice to have the different ones for lockstyle. :P
They reduced Shinryu/CoD to 10 merits, but who gives a ***when nothing ever drops from Shinryu.

The settings in-game have defaults, and they changed the default settings to more appropriate choices. They showed every setting and the new default in the post. Third-person Camera > Y Axis and X Axis -> Inverted now. Nice to see the lowered merit cost for Shinryu and Cloud Of Darkness fights from 30 to 10. The drop rates on Shinryu still sucks, but at least we can do 7 fights (8 if you stored) in a row, instead of just the 2 (3 if stored).

Finally an update for melee GEO. Unless I'm missing something, I think that's the top winner of the patch, lol.

I really... really need an explanation from SE.
Convoker's Doublet +3 came out 10 years ago, with +16 Blood Pact Damage on it. This new armor has +15 Blood Pact Damage. Why the *** would you make a new piece of armor and make it WORSE THAN SOMETHING THAT HAS EXISTED FOR A *** DECADE?!

I guess it's possible there is a way to choose augments for them like how the original pieces were augmented. Wouldn't be surprised if that wasn't the case though lol.
I'm... Underwhelmed, especially after the nice pieces from cloud of darkness.
I was hopeful when I saw a new PLD melee club, but just a 242 isn't gonna cut it. Why isn't blu on the sword
Ranger still isn't on a new axe, dagger or sword.

Offhand new club, WSD+10%, use new WSD+10% neck, finally GEO has a gear upgrade for it pretty much specific to it because everyone else has better! Edit: Nvm, was reading it wrong, it's only WSD+10% total, not each piece, update is dogshit. Though I guess that might not be a neck? Could be ammo? |
