I'm at Mastery Rank 7 with 1069 RoE done and 823 titles. Guess this is the push I needed to continue the bits I know I've been slacking on. Ugh.
I do kinda wonder about this reversal from SE - resources? For XI? I'm also not entirely buying it.

It's very, odd. Very uncharacteristic.
But they've been doing a lot of abnormal things lately.
Changing the reward structure for a bcnm.
Altering the login points that have gone ignored for 149 months.
Fixing ***in less than a year.
Actually addressing problems like congestion (poorly, but addressing it!) Spikeflail greifing. Campaign burnout.
Adjusting vanabout based on actual feedback.
Making JSE gear easier to get (the wrong way, but they're new to this!)
These are all incredibly abnormal behavior.

This ammo will be completely busted for MNK. You can wear crit/store tp/kick gear like nyame/malignance/empy+3/af+4 and take full advantage of 100%DA. Also MNKs WSs are fTP transfer, so they benefit from 100%DA greatly, unlike most other top WSs on other jobs being 1st hit FTP heavy.
Pretty sure you can also make similar sets for DRK, DRG etc. but they will benefit less because their either have some native DA anyway or have stuff like Sakpata, which are just crazy strong and have DA. That being said you can even benefit from it on WAR. Ukon white damage set with only crit rate/damage and PDL.. Can't wait. It will probably push SAM the least which is fine, because it stupidly strong already.

u/hikiri on Reddit watched the most of the stream and translated a lot of the relevant points in several comments.
Trust UpdatesMarch 2026: they're going to raise the floor of trust power since players are so much stronger than ilvl 119. This will increase the amount of content that players will be able to attempt.
More concretely: the first initiative March 2026 will have different points for each type of Trust (tank, dd, healer, etc) that you can use to increase the "parameters" (I take this to mean things like attack/defense etc more than base stats, but I'm not sure there)
These points will be handed out by logging in day after day or by doing activities on your own.
This is subject to change. This is what they are looking into now
Collecting points will not depend on the outcome of battles.
She asks if they will be specific to the trusts and their current attacks? Fujito-P responds that that's not something that will be happening in the first initiative "but there's still a 2nd coming so..."
They're looking to make it so that you can get points in a lot of types of content not just things like Sortie.
A lot is undecided but they're looking into many things.
Dynamis Divergence1:40:00) Divergence talk. New entrance. #1 and #2. Difficulty looks the same (says 139) and it lets you check the status of the area which tells you what wave and how many statues are left so you don't enter when someone has already finished the whole zone. The status update is refreshed every 6 or 7 seconds.
You can check other areas if the one you wanted is going to be empty. (The other person only has 3 trusts out, but there's no limit on the number of trusts). You can't fight mobs that others are fighting (like old Dyna; they didn't address it here but it seems like you still get credit for the kills re: upgrades). You CAN make a party after you enter solo.
Time limit is 60 minutes from when the entrance OPENS. So when it is available in the rotation it automatically starts counting down. The once a day is separate from regular Divergence. Drops are "basically" the same
Scheduling for example: open for an hour, closed for an hour, then open again. All areas are staggered 30 minutes from the others so there's always a zone getting close to being ready. You can enter ONE zone this way a day. You do not get one for each nation.
Vana'boutVanabout. Able to skip daily objectives. It changes when the objective would reset. Other stuff listed in the patch intro on the website.
Added to the silver prize: AF+3 kupon which gives a FULL SET of AF+3.
Rewards: 100% gives Cornelia for 3 months, 125% is (I'm guessing/assuming because the name is so different) Alter Ego Expo Campaign – PLUS! In December, 150% is Statue Crusher campaign PLUS addition of double credit for the "defeat 100 enemies" requirement for unlocking relic upgrades. Timed to make unlocks very easy with the new Solo Divergence.

Adding items, removing items. Completely new items (new to THE GAME items). Removed....shittons. look at 2:03:00 for an idea. Job cards and stone bags. (And other things I have no desire to Google, I'm sorry. It's 2:30 am here lol.)
Venus orbs: rates were actually higher for Venus, but they're raising the percents more to make it more obvious. New sound (in the patch intro page). Don't be like Fujito-P and leave before picking the good chest because you got excited to see "impossible to gauge" when it's saying that it's still left. (Also, Fujito-P has as bad of luck in Trove as me.)
New trove item: Something (Hocksney? Hoxni? Foxni?) Ring [HP-150, MP-300, TH+2, TH effect +5% (this is proc rate it seems)] all jobs.
Something Earring [Knowledge Rank: All Stats (BP=battle point) -30 to +30] all jobs. Knowledge Rank = the same as the Mentor rank thing. Increased by completing more content.
Something Ammo [spend 1k gil for 100% double attack. 1/1 0:05 (1:00, 0:05)] all jobs. Also works on WS. Works for the duration of the enchantment, not just one hit. You lose 1k for every hit getting double attack.
Something Torque [combat skills+30,magic skills+30, slow+5%] all jobs.
There are others added already.
Limbus and BesiegedEverything is subject to change.
Limbus: still 40% of Limbus changes left to implement. One part of that will be in December. New NMs and equipment. Modified Omega and Ultima models. Being added to Limbus in December.
Besieged: coming to the last changes for besieged (i119 in January!), new items to buy with the currency. Took longer than expected but they think it's turned into a good piece of content.
Minor AdditionsReives: lower the penalty time for leaving a Reive (how many minutes or how many seconds).
Gobbie Box: new dial added in December; seasonal stuff.
Archduke shield coming as real gear.
Future PlansBlue magic sets, attachments changes. "Group assist" (party finder).
Changes to Playonline because there's been cases of people unable to even play the game. Not showing words etc.
Changes to their development tools as the current dev kits are "really, seriously close to their end of life" so they need to switch to make it so they can create new stuff still (graphics, gear etc). Spoke about Maya and Blender. This is progressing well. Once this is finished, blue magic sets and attachments etc can be progressed.
Replaced most servers already. Update servers are the last to replace.
After all the back end stuff is fixed, they're going to make preparations for the creation of new zones. This is a bullet point on the slide, they don't directly talk about this.

SE just like a ton of other companies is gutting jobs recently, and SE specifically focused on Western (NA/UK) employees. can likely assume poor performance from a lot of titles finally hit home and they want to go back to what worked before. in typical SE fashion it took them years and years to catch on, but that really goes for all of the gaming industry atm.

Each player has a specific box that is a good result assigned to them. So if you keep opening the same box every time, you'll always have a bad result. It doesn't change. So you should try opening a different box until you get the good result which is 5000 units.
This is interesting due to a recent personal experience I had.
As someone who never does climbs, I did 3 this week as a new personal best. I joined a party where a very interesting taru made this exact same claim a few days ago, that if a party member ever gets a 5k chest in any given tower, nobody else in the group should open that chest, because two people can never claim the 5k back to back in the same tower. Another party member agreed that there was some mechanic where you can "try your luck" on another tower instead of always the final tower, and that the 5k box varies per party member (normally the group always opens the final box of a run). I thought they were completely full of ***when they said this (they both warped to a different tower to open the box, but neither got the 5k there), but strangely enough, this sounds almost exactly what is described above. This was a few days ago too, before these notes ever came out, so there's no way they could have read this beforehand. So apparently this was at least known to an extent among players who do these climbs regularly, but it was the first time I heard about it.

Regarding the trove items:
- TH ring’s effect stat is only effective as THF main. TH+2 is all jobs.
- DA item makes all attacks DA for the duration, it is not a one attack and done item. Also applies to WS. Gil is deducted for every DA during the duration.
- Double confirming the BP on the mastery rank earring refers to all stats. It scales with your mastery rank.

That makes more sense, thank you. btw, I've never picked up an ethereal weapon from vana'bout or obviously, the new login campaign. It seems those aren't storable either?

I'm looking at some of my recent Apollyon logs (my Temenos logs are unreliable because I started opening chests in different towers out of curiosity and it didn't show up in my logs) and from what I can see, if you get 5k units in a chest, it's not possible to get 5k again in that tower. The 5k/guaranteed matter would have to be in one of the other three towers. Anybody seeing something similar?
Nothing too exciting, but they seem to have big plans for the future.
