Looking for people's TP sets for Caliburnus + Thibron. All the ones mentioned on the All Jobs is for Tizona which changes the Multi-Attack vs Store TP balance. I find myself using Caliburnus for reliably multi-step darkness, along with occasionally Onion Blade II for multi-step Lights.

I suppose you either have to fall back to the glass canon sets suggested for almace like adhemar and herculean gear or wait and hope they add a multi attack equivalent to malignance with later limbus updates.
Or you mix and match some of the glassiest glass canon pieces with the tanky stuff we got lately like adamantite armor, null masque and now the alabasta(?) earring to get -DT up, you still get the short end of the stick in terms of meva.

It's boring but malig + gleti pants(with rp up to TA aug) with the standard DD accessories is pretty hard to top for high DPS + defenses, you could glass it up a little by using adhemar gloves or some DM herc boots but that's about the only decent trade iirc

Yeah I'm avoiding the full on triple Adhemar +1 glass cannon setup and instead trying to find a balance between MA/Store TP. The full-maliganace + everything Store TP was something that favored Tizona AM3 builds. Non-Tizona needs to balance TA/DA and Store TP, was hoping others had some sets they put through the simulator /etc.
Current "Full DD" set is
Head: Admahar +1
Neck: BLU JSE +2
Ear1: Cessance
Ear2: BLU JSE +2 (yeah I got lucky in sortie)
Body: Gelti R30
Hands: Adhamar +1
Ring1: Epona
Ring2: Lehko
Back: JSE Cape with DW+10
Waist: Sailfi +1 / Windbuffet +1 (not sure which)
Legs: Gleti R30
Feet: Malignance
Hybrid DD set is just putting on Malignance head / hands

If you don't need the haste from Sailfi, and you shouldn't with Lehko's ring, Windbuffet +1 slightly pulls ahead of Sailfi.
I'd look at the aug on the Cape, as well, depending on your tier of dual wield and typical magic haste expected, you could very well be reducing your TP gain per swing through overapplication of DW.

He's asking for caliburnus set so tizona aftermath is out of the equation.
sailfi +1:
9 extra attacks, +10-15 ATT, +15 STR
windbuffet +1:
10 extra attacks, +2 ACC
I don't know, I think I'd expect sailfi to be more consistent and overall outperform windbuffet but it's probably pretty close and quad attacks are fun. Sailfi is most likely already in peoples WS sets anyway but if I wasn't concerned for inventory space I'd probably go for windbuffet in that case.

Any good TP sets using Crocea Mors in a DW setup with the new archduke sword offhand? I know it doesn’t release until Friday, but just wondering if anyone has prepared anything for it yet?

Wrong swordmage, and i think enspell dmg on weapons only applies to the hand its on so you'd be better off with with augmented dersel or a puku+1 if enspell dmg is the priority

Um if your plan is an enspell build its pretty weak for that. +30 enspell assuming like other weapons it only applies to the weapon its self is much weaker than Pukulatmuj +1 which is +11 and +150% or Levante Dagger with wind affinity which boosts both hands while being a nice low delay dagger.
Anyways this is a thread about prime sword for blu not a weapon which is only in dats for rdm.

Oh yeah it's the standard DWIII (25%) trait, so need ~11 more DW to floor delay with capped magic haste. Went with the usual "stick 10 DW on a cape and call it a day" method. My glass 100% cannon set uses the Adhemar +1 body, Suppanomi and either DA or STP +10 cape.

Could up it to dw4 and only use suppa, freeing up the other slots.
For example if you're just pulling the zahak reborn set from this guide/bg sets page you can drop crit hit dmg imo, or if you want to keep sinker drill as a quick dmg shot, you drop diffusion ray for 2~5 STP gain off cape alone(STP aug ambu or null cape)

How do people feel about Malignance Body vs R30 Gleti's and Malignance legs vs R30 Gleti's legs? Pretty big STP vs Multi-Attack tradeoffs there.

R30 Gleti's will generally beat Malignance when mythic AM3 isn't active. However, if you're switching away from the Malignance Tights, make sure your haste needs are met elsewhere.

This is for non-Tizona and I'm using Lehko's, others might have to use Salfi which seems to be very close to windbuffet. You were talking about the legs or body?

I actually like the idea of swapping adhemar bonnet +1 out for malignance chapeau and then swapping malignance boots out for +3/4 TA augmented herculean boots. Unless you really care about the crit damage bonus on the bonnet, even with a kind of crappy aug on herc boots you should have better acc.

Alabaster earring for the extra 5% haste, and eventually accuracy, means you can use windbuffet belt +1 where you would otherwise have to use sailfi to cover gear haste.

he's using Lehko's Ring, so haste is a complete non-consideration in the set. It's going to be capped.

I was talking about both the body and legs as replacements for Malignance. I just pointed to the legs specifically, because the Malignance legs have a lot of haste on them, and they're often important for capping. Obviously if you have Lehko's, you're good to go. I personally do not have that ring, and I prefer to use the Null Shawl and cap DW with my belt and earring (so no Sailfi), so I stick to Malignance Tights even when AM3 isn't active. The new Alabaster Earring might change that for me if I can get it to R30.
Also, I think everyone here knows this, but I just want to stress that despite the thread title this isn't specific to Caliburnus in any way. This is entirely about what is best to use when mythic AM3 isn't active on BLU. The advice on this thread is relevant whenever anyone is using Naegling, Maxentius, Caliburnus, SU5 sword, or even Tizona when AM3 isn't active. If the BLU guide only has a TP set listed assuming mythic AM3 is always active, that's kind of a huge oversight. There's a lot of content in this game where maintaining AM3 really isn't worth it. And IMO, going with a glass cannon build isn't really a good answer for any relevant endgame.

Yeah this is basically anytime someone either isn't using Tizona or doesn't have AM3 up. And yes the listed sets only have Tizona AM3 up on them.

I get that Tizona + Thibron is the best setup for WS spam, generally in a group where no self SCing is possible. BLU's rarely find themselves in the situation and often either solo or end up with the opportunity to capitalize on SC damage. I'm also not wanting to be a complete glass cannon lol. Going DWIV and just using a suppanomi might be something I do since I really don't need more then one acc bonus set anymore. I also like to use Sweeping Gouge since it's so fast casting but could go with Tenebral if I have support.
