Just trade the item and 1 additional Matter to the Furnace - each one cost 750 units, as well. I don't know if that's what the NextRP 1600 is referring to or not.

With this upgrade path taking weeks
I hope someone is able to come through with the full data.
I'd hate to start working on one and find the other is a better first choice.

The way to get the augment values out of the game is nothing esoteric, but it takes a little time

Once one of the people who can do it has the time, it will be done

You can just save up, we know the capes wont be useful until at least close to full so just get the base ring and earring and save up until you know what you want to take to r30.
