I've noticed items are missing, specifically:
Lamia Powder
Peiste Conc. / Peiste Concoction
I'm not sure how many more items will start coming up in the history as a "." and then link oneself back to the homepage when clicked upon.
It's bad enough the online maps (ffxi-atlas.com) died, this site really needs a dedicated crew to keep up with all of its features.

They have been paid a good amount of pantacoins, Im not sure why they are still having other jobs to earn dollars.
They should be sufficiently happy with pantacoins alone, but oh well...

cloud of darkness items were the most recent addition, sometimes it takes longer than others for someone to poke rooks and get them added. no one has abandoned the site.

Guildwork I would agree has been abandoned, and some of the things tied to it don't get updated. New items, however, do. November 2024 was only 2 months ago, not over a year. I'm sure the items you mentioned can be added with a little patience.

Updating the items is a very short automatic process, but since many updates have not contained new items it probably isn't heavily on anyone's mind. If someone notifies Rooks, he will likely do it.
Everything else that is solely ffxiah is stable and will run on it's own without admin intervention as far as I'm aware. The guildwork issues are because guildwork has been actually abandoned. As Tarage said, if you feel you can do better please make or pay for a new site. It's still going to experience the same slow uptick any community shift does, though. People will stay here. @Kaffy - You are correct about the time line, but I was being a bit =p too about said time. I meant no harm just that I remember this place staying in better condition as my last visit was some years ago. If you know who to contact then please do so an you'll have my thanks.
Edit: It seems other users are taking hostility with me over this and not trying to understand me. They can learn something from Kaffys approach. Let others learn from the example. Edit 2: Actually given how few people understand that example I'm just gonna ask the admins to lock or delete my thread once they get around to it an thanks for understanding; the admins an those who came to this thread an chose not to say anything if they had nothing nice to say to me at all. Rooks knows about the new items, if the database hasn't been updated yet it's only because he didn't have time yet to do it. The site is actively mantained and moderated, it's just that traffic in general is low.
Be patient and don't poop on free things kept up by people's passion.

I've sent the update off to Scragg; it'll get updated at some point today, likely, and I'll post when it does.
Re: GW, it needs a bunch of updates and I just haven't had a sufficiently large block of time to do them, and they aren't something I can do piecemeal.
