FFXIV Beta Codes To Come With FFXIII In Japan

Who's ordering FFXIII from Japan then? Or rather, who's doing it now to make sure they get a go at the FFXIV Beta?

Not that I would but it's good to see that there's some information about beta codes starting to surface.

So it's gonna be a JP onry beta lol, figures.

I heard rumor you can do gil transfers between the games; 1m in ffxi would equal 100k in ffxiv though in economy supposively. I wouldn't be surprised if paid character transfers were like this as well.

Those chocobos are from FFXIII btw.

Thats a stupid idea, even if it were possible.
The Job system in FFXIV is completly different to FFXI.
I dont think Gil transfer is a good idea either, even though it's far more possible. Still not plausable.

I wonder if Australia will have to wait 3 years (2 years after America) for the official release of FFXIV like we did with FFXI.

At best it'll be a draft. So you -might- get beta access but that's it. Not even close to 10% chance. (and I'm being optimistic here).

Now it's public, the code will only enable player to get a special in game item (on XIV). Enjoy your false hope.
