Didn't you play this game for a long time? Your apathy along with the others just expedites the day this game closes and also the forums. People these days have no passion for things, TikTok and social media desensitized everyone, just another thing to bop to when this game goes down. Two things: first, all I was saying was that the math is broken in both directions; you can't take the most pessimistic view OR an optimistic view, because there are data points on both sides.

And second, I think you underestimate the number of people who have an active sub but either don't play or barely play. The plural of anecdote isn't data, obviously, but I know at least a half dozen of them personally, so it's unlikely to be THAT rare. Inertia is powerful ***; that's one of the reasons companies are always so keen to get people on subscription plans, in the hope that letting X dollars a month slide is less hassle than figuring out how to cancel.

All that to say, what I've already said a dozen times: we can't really know how many people are paying OR playing. I don't know who you're arguing with, honestly.

You are correct, I have no passion for grinding Sortie and Odyssey. Most people don't.

I don't care if people play retail or not. That being said, if they're not happy with the current state of retail, they shouldn't pay to play it. I'm not going to advocate for people to throw their money at a game they don't enjoy, especially when the company running the game is happy to run it into the ground.

It would be cool if you could modify the parameters of the database ie:
"How many accounts per POLID" with a drop down of 1 to 16
"What percentage of the playerbase has mog wardrobes on their primary" with a drop down of 0 to 100 in 5% increments
"How many Wardrobes does each account with Wardrobes unlocked use" with a number between 1 to 6
