As the topic says, this section completely disappeared from my profile.
I didn't change anything.
Is it a matter of some settings that got changed for some reason?
I see it's available on some other people's profile so it's not a matter of FFXIAH disabling it for all users.

For those who still have achievement points, they are at a seriously reduced rate than before. We've got to the point it might be best to do away with it altogether. Yeah, this happens every once in a while. All achievements for every single character that exists vanishes over the course of a couple days.
I've seen this happen 3 times. It just like deletes everyone and it resets when there's no one to erase (or someone fixes it everytime, I don't know, it's just not the first time it's happened) Right now there are only 443 players in the entire world with any points, it will be lower and lower as time passes. https://www.ffxiah.com/achievements?st=425 I remember last time we were counting them down as they vanished lol I lost mine after transferring to asura and back
I can't believe this. I mean I've noticed the tab missing on several people before, but I always assumed it was some sort of privacy setting, that they chose not to have the Achievements Tab displayed.
Is there truly no way to fix this somehow? :-( It works!

Last time it happened I pmed rooks who then solved the issue with a server reboot or something, performed by scraggs. Now it happened again to me sigh say something on discord...
We all know Billnes is #1 and everyone else is in a 83578943 way tie for silver medal.

[39 days between previous and next post]It would be awesome to get the personal page back, but idc if the points/rankings ever come back. I liked the achievements page as a personal reference as I play Weapon Building Simulator XI.
It would be great to have them working again but I have no idea what the criteria is for them ever having worked
I dont think the achievement tracking on my char page has worked since Ifrit merged to Odin Might also be good if this was ever fixed again to have an official bullet point list of the requirements for it to work

Also find it interesting that items show up in equip history but do not transfer to achievement history. IE: Fomalhaut Ranged 2021-12-04 09:45:05 I can see others achievement rank, just not my own. On the direct page it is listed as: Total Points 0 Server Rank 0 Overall Rank 0 Or why Captain rank shows for some but not others who finished it years ago. That being said; FFXIAH remains a very valuable tool. even at half function, for a 20+ year old game. Really appreciate the site and those who work on it. Captain rank is because Guildwork never picked up the functionality that Linkshell Community had to track progress on Assault and Campaign ranks.
As for everything breaking and the whole gamerscore economy going down in flames again... sorry, that was me, my bad. I unsubscribed for like a week and a half, and apparently that crashes the whole thing. (That's what I'm choosing to believe anyway, I'm some kind of keystone for the whole thing; the timing was just too funny of a coincidence otherwise.) |
