Yes, could potentially see that as a better option for some single wield WS, Savage in particular, since those can hit attack cap more easily.

For two handed single hit WS like fudo et al that have a much higher attack cap and also benefit more from WSD I don't see it doing better. Those jobs also already have access to a lot of pdl.

The fact that none of the WS have higher then a tier 2 property makes me wonder if they plan to add additional weapon skills into the mix at some point. Also whether or not we'll be able to separate the skills from the weapons like they have done with all the others thus far(exclusing relics)

I'm looking more fondly at the meva & dt rings than the pdl & wsd rings.
It's usually kind of easy to hit dmg cap, survival options like a ring you can pair with dring are harder to come by. It also opens back up more of our usual gear in other slots by just losing a ring to stay cap'd.
We just got a pdl song too anyway, so it should be easier than ever to hit dmg cap.
nuke ring needed MB2+5 to even have a chance, not better enough to waste the reward. quite disappointing.

(just keep spamming the same ws for increasing returns...)

Fourfold attack for dagger is about right. Two triple attacks push you to 8. One will be wasted if you are dual wielding. Hope that ftp replicates.

Liquefaction

Imperator (Sword) - Damage varies with TP. Skillchain attributes: Dissolution, Impaction, Fragmentation.

Fimbulvetr (Great Sword) - Damage varies with TP. Skillchain attributes: Liquefaction, Impaction, Fragmentation

Disaster (Great Axe) - Damage varies with TP. Skillchain attributes: Liquefaction, Impaction, Fragmentation

Maru Kala (H2H) - Delivers a twofold attack. Damage varies with TP. Skillchain attributes: Dissolution, Impaction, Fragmentation.

These 4 should be the same

That just makes it upheaval-ish. Same concept. First swing hits harder than the rest, but trailing hits also have pretty beefy stat mods so you just spam. I'm looking forward to seeing how potent the mods are.

I'm probably just gonna say %$#@ it and go with what initially caught my eye and pick Lehko Habhoka's Ring. Cornelia's is for single hit stuff, but Lehko's is a damn good tp ring, and it's also BiS for crit weaponskills. Amazing evisceration, victory smite, jishnu's radiance etc etc piece. And more store TP makes rudra's and savage spam more efficient anyway. So it fits my playstyle perfectly.

All this talk and what I really want to know is what is going to happen to Asura when the Sortie lineup is 6 hours daily. Even on Odin I'm sure it will be 1 hour+ during NA prime. I'm certain SE has put 0 effort into mitigating this problem they are about to shoehorn us into.

It also helps out with heavy DDs with 0-2% Haste pieces that were meant for WS pieces but now are more accessible.
Or even mages who might be actually motivated to WS for Prime AM.

I really like the idea of it.

Yeah, the haste is actually relevant because there are a lot of builds where some of the best pieces have very low haste values. It opens up a lot of options. The store TP is ideal for any and all weaponskill spam regardless of mods, the crit is just versatile and desirable, and the haste has value in many builds. It's definitely a real contender.

Mirrors relics so ~300 singles. a couple days tops. Someone will have it/them the day after update if they time their plate. Singles will drop from every mob etc

(weapons capable of finding ws stats, not final)
