They were only a few seconds apart, was just a straight up zerg start to finish.

Seems they got reduced by 25%~ but never went further and stayed at 25%, which is what prompted the question.

After they appeared to be reduced by 20-25% (fairly quickly into the zerg) there were multiple instances of them being used back to back (almost all of them were used together with resolution/upheaval inbetween the savage pairs, but they didn't seem to get reduced further.

If that link translated correctly, a Savage > savage > Upheaval > Resolution > Savage situation should have that last savage blade return to no damage penalty no?

The WS wall is per WS and iirc using any different WS inbetween resets it to full damage.

Exactly. AFAIK there is no 10 sec window anymore similar to the one when it was bugged. You just cant use same WS in a row or you will trigger reduction of 10%,25%,40%,60%,85%. Any WS used between will reset the wall for other WS. Wall is per WS not per char, so 3 ppl using Savage will wall themselves even on first use. In a zerg situation, if 2 people use Savage and 3 other people use something else it's usually not a big deal and you will notice only 10% reduction on Savage, before someone reset the wall with other WS.

Dhartok is not a good gauge, because that drown aura is super potent and reduces damage by a lot on STR WSC WSs.

His stats were worked out by JPs so someone can mb work out ATK cap for it:

Triboulex DRK/BLM #FF11

Lv145 HP約150万
INT504 MND367

Like I wrote eariler, they only checked stats required for mage setup, so there is no info about def and vit here.

I see some japanese shouting here for ABCEFG and naakuals.

I think this is a huge amount of kills, and considering they are resorting to one outside player.

So, anyone knows what their go to strategy to beat all those foes? I guess mage can kill all those bosses but for the normal objectives to farm pop items, i wonder if they are using something else.

Do you know what job they are shouting for? RUN COR GEO BLM SCH plus SCH or BLM is a pretty common and reliable setup for that amount of NMs and yields a consistent ~40k gallimaufry.

These strats are widely available and you just have to watch the videos for them.

We routinely do ABCEFG + naakuals now in my static where Im COR. BLM SCHx2 GEO COR RUN. Same strategies shared earlier in the thread, just simplified for our group.

Split at the start, Wizards roll, long hastes on RUN+COR.

GEO/BLM to A, RUN/COR to B, SCHs to C. Do the metals, kill NMs. Regroup at C. Sometimes I will literally warp to A to bolters the GEO/BLM to get them there as RUN/COR is fastest on elementals.

Then CGABEF, killing only the Naraka of all basement NMs. Everything is liquefaction -> fusion -> savage -> dimidiation except on variable hands bosses where Im closing distortion to darkness on top of that, when I can. Bolster on G/F with Cutting Cards on G for timers. Manafont/SS on G (I think, im not BLM). I dunno where we Tab but its staggered across the SCHs. Usually random on E to give RUN ability back.

WC thrown in somewhere on the back end depending how things go. We move fast so most bosses its only Wizard's roll.

Naakuals are killed in the following manner.

Shark, Bee, Bird are all distortion -> darkness with ice nukes
Tiger, Dino is distortion -> darkness with water nukes
Tree is fragmentation -> last stand with wind nukes

We do this in sub 3 minutes for a naak set and half the time darkness doesnt even pop off as they die to a capped leaden. We are pushing to add DD to this if we can but a lot of it is bitzer location as times we sometimes dont leave the basement and sometimes we have to do the whole in and out on everyone vs 1 person and we can pre-pull before their back.

Im sure theres better ways / wrong info, but we pull this off while still dying, forgetting sneak like idiots, and general stupidity.

If (melee)att-cap for Triboulex is not known yet, maybe can tell if his abilitys are pure dark magic or hybrids? This may makes a difference for gearsets for the lowman-melee-style fight. Thx for advices tho.

Mana burn Triboulex with PUP tank. We've been doing this strat for a couple weeks now. No Rayke, but it doesn't seem to really matter. Long story short, PUP is a very viable tank for Sortie...at least for this setup.

Pretty sure defiants (as well as all the other big bads) are just magical damage. Maybe not the salamander I guess. But that's why that one blu tank strat works so well for... Aita? Aminon? Y'know what i mean.

We're at approx 2:10 kills with RUN tank on this guy with same strategy. Do you have issues with hate when the mages nuke harder?

Hate isn’t an issue. If he ever has to re-deploy the puppet (rare…setting the stage comes to mind) for any reason though it takes less than ten seconds to stabilize.

Whats the actual strat for Melee Wind hands? Thunder we have down but wind is a problem.

Does the kiter just get hate and run around until he changes? Are you trying to DPS while he kites? Does he need to stay at 15+?

Thank you for any help!

DRK deals as much damage during Soul Enslavement as possible.

RDM Stymie or Chainspell immunobreaks Gravity II before DRK's SE wears.

DRK kites while using Stun, JA, etc. to maintain hate. Everyone else continues dealing damage.

Second DD Super/High Jumps as necessary to shed hate.

For Wind hand I start with Bind, Distract III, Stymie Frazzle III, Dia III, then WAR and DRK do Darkness (Impulse>CrossReaperOrTorcleaver), Cor do Armageddon white damage and I nuke on RDM with Chainspell active (2 x 28-30k nuke on each darkness). WHM Asylum seconds after DRK and WAR engage and DRK does Soul Enslavement few seconds before Asylum is off.

This was our first Gartell with PUP tank in a manaburn setup. We went to him on a whim at the end of the run with limited time. Not having to have a person occasionally toss heals on a tank objectively allows damage from more sources. Idk, I'm not a math person, something something we don't have a RUN to Rayke but we did beat him as well as two other basement bosses. It's not Ongo it's just Sortie.

Did someone have a note of the potency of Aria at the current level (songs +2) and what its base potency is etc?

I did some "guess" (calculation really, but lets say I havent had all the data, but almost) based on some savage blade damage and it looked like 5% base +2% for each +1 song, so 15% with Stage 3 prime and Whistle. 30% with Soul Voice.

Old stuff, but does Dhartok reacts badly to geo-debuffs?

Because yesterday i tried a last min melee zerg on it, and his Cesspool did AoE 3k in a party decently protected.

While there is no info regarding this aspect, i do notice someone saying that he did notice some spike dmg on ghatjot with frailty.

So, wondering if there is some mechanism to not use frailty, or if i should resort on scherzo.

Were you taking a long time to kill it? Something about standing in the poison clouds for a long time seems to impact that damage.

Poison stacks, his individual poison debuff stacks, as well as standing in poison clouds, will cause dmg spikes. As well as water/ice dmg of course.

Yeah he was probably sitting in a stack of multiple poison clouds

On a true zerg there shouldn't be that many clouds. He goes down in 60 seconds, but thats the only viable answer.

Yeah i suppose he used a couple of cesspool before the killing one. Probably that was setting up the killer move.

I also didnt use metal, maybe that could reduce a little of his firepower.
