Mastery Rank Data

I would most likely assume that they simply added the newest stuff.

When mastery rank started TVR and Sortie didn't exist. So speculated that those pieces of content didn't count and now they will.

I just went from 8 to 9. It'll be interesting to see what the new max is now.

I was rank 7, I logged in and i'm rank 8 now.

Whatever they changed it's retroactive....

Maybe it goes higher than 8 now?

EDIT: seems people are reporting 9s... maybe it goes to 10 now?

I was rank 8 before the patch, still rank 8 after, and I have every (obtainable) title in the game except for the following:

• Maze Overlord (1000 MMM mazes, at like 500+/1000)

• Legendary Blacksmith (escutcheon, on spirit stage)

• Paradise Regained (master trial)

• Founder's Pride (master trial)

• Master of All (master trial)

I also think Ballistager broke for me and didn't award when it should have for some reason, I'll have to recheck that. I'm not including the 3x Besieged BCNM ones either as those are functionally impossible on Bahamut (maybe at 150+ we'll start losing it again).

I also have every ROE in the game done and have completed roughly 98-99% of the content in the game, though I do have some notable gaps I'm tracking to work on eventually that don't reward titles:

• Odyssey V25 atonement 3 and 4 clears

• Final Domain Invasion dragon vorseals (at like 280/360 of each)

• Missing ~8 Bastok Campaign Ops

• Missing ~30 Windurst Campaign Ops

• Pretty much all of Monstrosity (only have one species at lv90)

Other things that might have an effect would be total master levels (most of my jobs are 0-30, some near 40, no 50s), total amount of reforged armor (have barely touched limbus, most empy at +2, didn't touch many jobs pieces), total amount of completed REMAP weapons (zero relics, two mythics, two empys, all 16 aeonics, two primes here), etc.

My immediate goals will be to try and finish the crafting shield as that's likely worth more than average and then to buckle down on Monstrosity as others have said that seems to contribute quite a bit. Work on the high end content when I can find a group, and work on the gear/low content in my downtime.

I went from Rank 6 to 7 from this update. I can't speculate what they could adjusted.

If it helps anyone, I have 640 RoEs complete, All V25 clears and all Sortie RoEs completed.

How much you guys wanna bet the new Mastery rank cap is 11? :)

I always felt that was what the cap should be, like the Escha vorseals.

BP+ all earring that correlates to mastery ranking gives +5 all stats at Mastery Rank 5 and +10 at rank6

Did you just get it from Troves? Venus and not Mars orb?

I'm still only rank 8. If they raised the cap, it's by adding credit for content I haven't done.
