Max does mean max however that set is labelled "Idle HQ" which is generally a set with high gear that is more obtainable. Most players would be making one of the more useful Primes first and probably picked a better Bonanza piece and yes I do have the shield. Don't bother, we've collectively been telling Dane for a century that his "HQ" sets that contain unattainable gear are all but useless for any players, as they can't be used as a reference in any way since someone who is looking at a guide will have no idea what the 2nd best option is, and the experienced players just look at it and go "no ***sherlock". Other guides at least have the courtesy of putting them in a "dream set" category, but he stubborn.

I've been using this for years. Not great as a shield but if you think of it as a Grip, it's fine. You can also augment it with m.eva.
