but running into a "unable to located dxsetup.exe" error. not sure wtf to do. help, i guess? thanks

Are you trying to install from the CD or something?

Download the installer and run that, it's new and much faster to update.

I am running the installer, but when it says I need to install DirectX EndUser Runtime, PlayOnline and FFXI, I can’t because of that missing file.
