How does Elemental Sforzo interact with DoTs? Specifically Kaustra / Helix spells. Does it completely stop dmg, or do they continue to tick, and simply just prevent new incoming dmg?

Helix continues to do damage during sforzo similarly, for example you land fire helix on bumba then bumba switches element to absorb fire, the fire helix still does damage

Has anyone experienced behavior from v25 Bumba where he would enter fetter mode, get blue proc'd, but then immediately re-enter fetter mode?

We had a couple runs tonight where we proc'd blue with critical hits, but Bumba re-entered fetter mode immediately after being proc'd. We ended up procing right away, again, but shortly after (few seconds) Bumba got a TP move off, which resulted in fetters spawning, even though we just got blue proc (twice...).

Am I missing something? I thought a blue proc would remove fetters and he wouldn't enter fetter mode again until 1 minute after being proc'd?

Some context -
- Initial pull occurred at 12:48
Thunder cloud animation
- Ooze readied at 12:43 (successfully lands)
- Wind cloud animation at 12:18
- Add spawns at 12:05
Unsure of the element for the cloud animation here (might just be from Brazen Rush SP animation)
- Chest is now glowing
- Red procs at 12:02
- Blue procs at 11:59
Not 100% but looks like ice cloud animation
- Red procs again at 11:52
- Blue procs again at 11:48
Unsure of the element for the cloud animation here, maybe light
- Bumba gets a TP move off at 11:37 (Chastise) and spawns fetters
- Ooze wears off and Bumba's HP% goes from 73% to 64%
- We all die

Is this known / expected behavior? I was under the impression fetters mode would only change elements every 60 seconds. Similarly, I thought he would only enter fetter mode after 60 seconds. Does he also enter fetter mode when add spawns if 60 seconds hasn't passed yet?

Further critical hits after the 2nd Fetter mode window did NOT result in another proc. Is it possible we got 1 fetter mode for add spawning, and then another one for 1 minute passing (even though it came a few seconds before 60 seconds passed since pull)?

He will also immediately enter fetter mode if you heal him, like creating a SC. Are you completely avoiding SC? Any other possible sources of magic damage?

Does anyone know if any of the Odyssey T3 NMs can be cheesed (6% HP) with a single Bursted Helix 2? I know this is the go-to method for Ongo. Basically, I wanted to document this and also take advantage of triple-boss cheese attempts, when farming RP.

No healing whatsoever according to logs. Unless the Wyvern's breath can heal but doesn't show in logs.

DRG is the only one at risk of SCing by doing back-to-back WSs, but that, without a doubt, did not occur here.

DRK - Resolution
BST - Calamity
DRG - Camlann's

He entered fetter mode many times against our group right after proc. We'd proc and then few seconds later fetters would be out.
I want to say he enters fetter mode no matter what at 75, but not sure.

Just a tip for your job composition, if you can.

Have WAR and BST do Calamity. BST ws is very slow and there will be many SBs before WAR calamities again.

Swap DRK for THF so you can steal invincible and perfect dodge. THF can do a whole lot of damage with SATA and bully while preventing 2 SPs from absolutely ruining your run.

DRG can savage blade as well. Don't give SCs any chance of happening.

This setup is very safe and effective!!!

Someone said Mboze can be done if WAR uses Tomahawk before the helix?

Appreciate the tips. We actually cleared it. We were discussing swapping the DRK out for a THF with the same reasoning. But ended up taking it out the next run.

I just like understanding the fights / behavior. Might help in being able to work out a viable strat that actually approaches the fight as the devs 'intended'.
