Cuomo is on the record in saying he is preparing for an Apex in coronavirus cases that is headed his way. Its not an if, but when. There is no "might happen" situation that you are parroting. Cuomo has also emphatically stated that he will need 30k ventilators for the Apex because that is what the data tells him. Again, not an opinion, a fact based on data. He has also emphatically stated that he does not "need them now," (as you wrongfully claim) he needs them for the Apex. You and Trump are throwing wild opinions out there, Cuomo remains in the realm of facts. From the New York Times:

If Trump actually gets off Twitter and does his job, more than enough ventalitors can be produced by American companies. It's a complete mystery why he has repeatedly spoken of using the DPA but has yet to actually use it.

And as I said, the federal government could and should have been better prepared. Apparently H1N1 wasn’t a big enough wake up call to stockpile what we needed at the federal level. However, the states and cities were caught with their pants down too. Ignorance is bliss until a crisis hits.

Looks like Trump is attacking American governors again in another moment of failed leadership, for reasons he makes up. Providing yet another example of how he views women as inferior to him, I'm sure the Michigan voters will remember it.

Things are starting to get ugly over here and people are panicking which explain the backlash against Trudeau. Maybe China won't help us ... We can't say for sure.
