Feel free to point out which Democrats have declared other Americans as "Enemies of the People." Trump does it all the time, I haven't seen any Dems utter that phrase. Not even when speaking about Trump, certainly no other GOPers. So yeah, seems like a very easy defense.

Yeah, and the occasional political joke doesn't bother me, but this guy just would not let it go. The conversation shifted to an FC member's kids, and he kept trying to bring Trump into it. "If I lived in a country where Trump was president, I'd be crying too!" He also made a joke about how Canada and Mexico should be restricting travel from the US to prevent the violence from spreading into the rest of continent. I hadn't really engaged him until then, but it felt pretty satisfying to point out that the murder rate in Mexico is nearly 5 times higher.
