Nobody makes it through the system, they always get caught, and their votes never count.
Um, not only is that impossible to prove, but resorting to absolutes like "nobody", "always", and "never" in arguments like this are typically not terms used by people with a firm understanding of reality.
By Viciouss 2019-04-09 16:25:48
This is a great little snippet, its been used and re-used a lot: Quote: Virginia
Andrew Spieles, a former James Madison University student, pleaded guilty to a charge stemming from his false submission of 18 voter registration forms during the summer of 2016.
He had been working for Harrisonburg VOTES, a voter registration organization affiliated with the Democratic Party, and used false birth dates and Social Security numbers to register deceased persons to vote. Spieles was given prison time for his crime.
This incident is just one of hundreds of cases in the database where individuals illegally registered dead people, names out of the phone book, or others to vote.
While Spieles was caught before votes could be cast on behalf of those falsely registered individuals, there have been many other cases in which ballots were successfully cast in the name of deceased people.
Of course we are all left wondering, why didn't these alt-right conspiracy theorists post one of those instances in their little blog? Instead of posting an example where NO illegal votes were actually cast.

Yes I have heard this claim by you before, when in fact voting precincts actually do prove it every election. Its not hard, unless you work in Broward County.

A: Voter Fraud!
B: No! Voter Fraud doesn't happen!
A: PROOF!
B: This doesn't show that voter fraud was the reason this happened!
No, I am just asking nausi to provide evidence of illegal votes being counted and having an impact on elections. He has never been able to. Like, ever. People being caught illegally registering doesn't mean illegal ballots were casted. It certainly doesn't mean illegal ballots were COUNTED. Nobody makes it through the system, they always get caught, and their votes never count. Its pretty simple. Ive established that voter fraud does happen. Now Vic is moving the goalposts (like always) to “convince me (he who is never wrong) that im wrong”.
Illegal aliens DO vote/url], people illegally register voters, fraudulent provisional ballots have been submitted (outside chains of custody). Its why the mantra from the left is “count every vote” and “end voter suppression”, because they want illegal votes to count.

lol, no, I'm not moving the goalposts, another funny allegation tho. Also, how do I read that one individuals study? Can you provide the link to the actual paper?

6000 Out of state licenses registered to vote in NH on election day 2016 (3000 from MA alone) with same day registration, and theres no evidence they in fact ever actually lived in NH. The states major elections were within 2000 votes.
Vic would take the absurd position that “this proves voter fraud doesn't happen”.

How many of them voted?

Kris Kobach, so bad that he lost to a Democrat in the governor's race in deep red Kansas. Always nice to see him referenced.

Clearly you know because you are 100% certain voter fraud doesnt happen so why don’t you tell us? How many people do you know that register to vote the day of an election and don’t vote?

It's not a claim, it's basic statistical reasoning. Furthermore, you can't prove a negative. Only a complete imbecile assumes that a system is 100% secure and can/will never be subverted.
By Viciouss 2019-04-09 16:55:35
That was a funny article nausi, thanks for posting it. I remember those NH claims, I also remember they didn't go anywhere.
By Nausi 2019-04-09 16:56:38
The sad truth here is that vic has no idea if it happens or not. He is invested in the narrative that it doesn’t happen though, so he pivots and moves whatever goalposts he needs to avoid the very real prospect that hea wrong.

lol, did you read the article you posted? That was a trash moment for Miller and Kobach. They couldn't even say if anyone did anything wrong. It certainly wasn't an example of fraud. Those allegations went nowhere. Care to try again?

Actually based on all the investigations and elections that have taken place, I know that none of them have ever been swung due to illegal counts :) This is one of the easiest conspiracy theories to debunk. And so far, you aren't making it any more difficult than normal. You have posted no evidence.

You’ve simple shifted to “well I’m not convinced therefore it isnt true.”
By Viciouss 2019-04-09 17:05:12
Its more like, Kobach and Miller made unfounded allegations, offered no evidence, and you reminded us of their failure. Again, funny allegation of "moving the goalposts." Didn't work.

The problem with refuting the central point in P&R is that somebody has to actually have a point. That's a bar too high for us.

You haven’t debunked anything. You’ve only stood up on a chair and declared yourself the most insane person in the room by on one hand insisting it’s impossible for illegal votes to swing the vote to democrats because “this just doesn’t pass the smell test” while on the other hand screaming “the Russians colluded with Trump to steal the 2016 election” when after a 3 year exhaustive and illegitimate investigation into the duly elected president of the United states, there is *** all except facts I don't like to further feed the inmates of the asylum.

lol, your illegal voting conspiracy has nothing to do with Russia. That's funny tho. And yes, your illegal voting conspiracy remains just that after you posted some trash allegations with no evidence of any illegal votes taking place. Thanks for making it so easy.

So, um, the top of Fone's chart was the optimal argument method, not the bottom. Just wanted to clear that up for you in case there was any confusion.
