Geo neck isn't going to stack. They've already stated Geomancy gear doesn't stack and Geo doesn't need any buffs. Non-Idris Geo might be a bit more competitive now is all (depending on how difficult it is to obtain.)
In regards BRD and COR, I'm guessing the DT affect only applies to you if you have the weapon equipped. They seem like idle pieces to me.

Get upset. It's not stacking. Barataria ring didn't stack with regal. No reason to assume this will either, seeing as how dunna doesn't currently stack with idris

So every roll also gives DT? "Phantom Roll" effect: Damage taken -6% is what maxed dagger says and brd is 3% so it prob is per roll. So brd+cor would give passive 24% dt in theory. Hope that ***works offhand
I'm sure it only gives the wearer the bonus. So Corsair would and bard get 12% assuming 4 song bard. 15% with CC
If it only gives wearer bonus then Im not sure if it worth swapping weapon for it.
Anyhow it seems like weapon swapping may be even more important in cor playstyle than before.
normal melee> swap to magian, Enemy pd > swap to fomalhaut, redo roll > swap to new dagger and compensator, amnesia > swap to woc gun.
I have like close to 30 weapons on cor and 6+ weapon switches, now there's even more thing to manage....

We will have to test it but based on how previous PR gears worded I doubt it.

I wouldn't say that Cor dagger is necessarily something to be overlooked. While there are better options depending on your gear the loads of acc/macc/racc in mainhand make a nice choice when rolling in rng setups because cor usually has a lower racc compared to rng.

Melee value aside, the PUP HTH seems great for BLM automaton, if you actually care about gearing for it.
The PUP neck is a joke. It's like a fusion between Shulmanu collar and Adad amulet, but I doubt I would ever wear it over either of those two.

That's the point. All this gear is meant as stepping stone/alternative for non-REMA players according to SE.

Real cors would make buffs accommodate cor, not the other way around :-)

You would get it for magic accuracy
As for ninjas best neck "not even close". Meh. We already wear hq nodawa. And unless you're having issues with racc in your tp set (note bis ninja set has a great spread of racc, never had issues there), this neck isn't that great. You gain 25 racc which may or may not be necessary, lose 3 stp. I'm not that impressed with it

3 STP for 25 ranged accuracy is a pretty decent trade. I don't necessarily buy into the "it's not even close," but I know from past experience (via acc/racc parses) that there have been several instances where this item would have likely been my best bet.

If you're overcapped in accuracy and under capped in ranged accuracy, then Iskur would be better than both of those. It's not clearly the best. There's always some gotcha with NIN JSE.
