Lol Sorry nausi, but Fox News has been hyping up this IG report for a week now, and all they got was an already confirmed report on those two FBI agents? We have seen the texts, it was confirmed last year, and now we have seen the texts..again? Congress has already reviewed them. Is there any new information, like..did they do anything to actually try to "stop it?" Or is it just these old text messages that they didn't even lose their jobs over? One of them is still an FBI agent, that's how old this is.

Federal law states that total wages still have to meet min wage. The tipped staff part only refers to the portion of which the employer pays. Without tips they'd still get at least minimum wage just a greater portion would have to come from the employer.
