For Geoffrey Berman to get a No-Knock Search Warrant on an attorney approved by a judge; that requires a substantial amount of evidence. It’s not normal. When it’s the offices of an attorney who has a sitting President for a client it’s a big deal.

It’s such a big deal that Trump has equated the raid as an attack on America.

Actually Rav it was a pro Russian Ukrainian. And he didn't offer a donation, nor did Trump request one, Cohen asked him for one after the speech was arranged.

And yes, it went to Trump's foundation, not Trump, not the campaign.

And it is Victor Pinchuk who is under investigation about this. But I wonder if Cohen's link was part of the stuff that led to the now infamous search warrant.

P. S. I would love to see a transcript of the speech.

This one isn’t you but I always love the it’s only detestable if you cheat on your wife while you’re the president... if you’re not the president at the time then it’s ok... defending their hatred of bill while justifying their support for trump...

Umm, yeah, no. I never said that Hillary should to go to prison for contributions to the foundation specifically. That's not to say that the Clinton Foundation wasn't involved in shady/illegal stuff, however....

NYC taxi medallions are actual, physical items. One is riveted to the hood of every legal taxi in the city. The number of medallions hasn't increased in maybe half a century. So they get more valuable as time goes by.

The appreciation on a physical item is not taxable. When it is sold it is taxable as capital gains.

One doesn't need KN's knowledge of tax law to know that.
