If you're /DNC you probably want to use Haste Samba and save yourself the 12 extra DW.

I wouldn't be surprised if keeping Haste Samba up is a DPS loss compared to DW cape, not to mention disruptive if you need to do something else at the time it wears

Also loricate+1 is better defensively in a heavy DT set if you needed the DT.

That's another 5% proc rate on TS (plus +13% damage on the shots lol.)
You could get the full PDT cap if you go with Oshosi feet instead of head, but that's only 3 TS.
