I just started adding mods to my game. Where can I get most of the dat files shared here? Is there a main source where I can download them?
Are you using XIPivot for your HD mods?
Or are you directly replacing the game files? Make sure You don't already have the files in a folder higher on XIPivots priority list, maybe that could be taking priority over the ones you're changing. Other than that there should be no reason why it's not showing up for you. Just double checked to make sure I didn't accidently upload the vanilla files by mistake, they're the correct ones.
Remember also, I have all the weapons in separately named folders, you need to be copying them into either XIPivot or the games files starting at the "ROM" folder, not in this case, the Irradiance Blade folder.
So to replace the Greatsword go into the Irradiance Blade folder and copy the ROM folder. There were only 2 votes here for which Yagyu version to go with, and both were for HQ.

[38 days between previous and next post]Has anyone made or perhaps planning to make HD dats of the new mog bonanza lockstyles? Sapphire and diamond sets etc. Cool sets but look out of place with other HD armor pieces (using ashenbubs hd pack)
  Lightbox day/night windows for mog house, not sure who made the artwork in the top window. It was from the official artwork competition 14 years ago.

For anyone who downloaded the original upload, I made a few tweaks, and made the slits etc. a bit better, updated original link to version 1.1.
This will be the final version. I was in a discord conversation about mods, and someone joked they wanted this, I know most people won't care much for it, but I'll upload it anyway.
