I personally think those without endgame ls shouldnt get lock out of rema upgrade completely.
However I also think wave 3 NM needs stronger incentive for groups to work together clear it, it's better for the longevity of the game, and encourages more tight-knit communities that work together to overcome challenges.

Wave 3 mega boss should have a near full loot pool of demon medals, upgrade mats and volte gear. With TH being able to get up to 10 drops. Make it a worthwhile attempt.

I know you guys want monuments erected in your name eliciting how awesome and elite you are for fighting Wave 3 while the rest of the peasants avoided it. You want that monument to give you preferential treatment and special advantage over those peasants, a form of exclusive badge of honor that proves just how better you are then everyone else. Unfortunately the game hasn't been that way for years and no last minute decisions by SE to change direction and grant you said special privilege.

As another note, this looks like a 2 step process: Step 1) Defeat wave 3 boss, or spend job points. Step 2) Get the reinforcement points. It is my guess that you cannot do these completely with job points; that looks to only bypass the boss kill.

Did they mention anything about caladbolg and that it will receive a 10000% wsdmg boost?

PDTII +10 would be an absolute waste on DRK, unless it's designed to be some type of counter to ***like Ratri/Scarlet Delirium sets. To begin the upgrade process, carry out a full conversation with the Magian Moogle and complete his mini game!
"Daiji ni shite, yo. Chotto mato!" while he throws stars at you. Must dodge 1 star for every JP obtained and stored. Getting hit resets all progress. Costs 500 JP to play

It's been discussed pages ago, there's very very little chance that its pdt- unless se do last min change. Breaking pdif cap makes the most sense, also fits DRK high attack style. It makes sense that drk should get even higher pdif than every other job even with super attack buffs.
