A proper three-step skillchain typically kills them anyway when TP-burning.
Dho gates is fine, the worst part is always competition thanks to botters and/or overcamping (though this is particular to asura).
Outer Ra'kaz is a pain during campaigns because there's always at least two 4-box bot groups in dead center, and then two~four in the surrounding area competing for bats.
Both are good sources of exp, but outer ra'kaz is better by far.
Just do whatever you want.
