But that whole thing is pointless. This all sprang from a joke about luopans being pets and not benefiting from meva and increased crit damage.
Luopans are basically immune to all status and have 87.5 dt already
Actual pets that can be slept and bound and petrified have essentially zero meva. It's always been a huge pain in the ***. (and will continue to be, this change will not be anything of note)
And *maybe* Volt Strike will beat Siren again.

I think the idea behind the job was neat, and they tried different things like cardinal chant and giving them new nukes like -ra line. The job itself was just too boring, even from day1. It was such a mules job, like almost specifically catered to be so lol. Even BRD had more to do thru the eras than GEO. Maybe it needed it own nuking line with Geomancy spells like FFT and not such a reliance on buffs/debuffs.

More than likely theyre addressing the fact pet crits dont increase pdif like it does for players
They do increase PDIF; they just have the same PDIF cap as normal hits so crits don't do anything if attack is completely capped.

I could be wrong, but I thought that pets use the same cRatio -> pDIF relationship as monsters. Let's hope they don't buff monsters while they're at it.
GEO debuff potency is a hot mess. They should nerf it less than they do in Odyssey / new content and if they think that's the right amount then they should apply it everywhere. This monster-by-monster exception logic is a drag.

Redesigning the entire game to give every mob different geo nerfs is dumb as ***, which is the standard.

If that were the case and they didnt figure how to seperate the two then only other thing i see them adding is just some innate crit dmg, which i guess is nice if enough is given out considering i think only pup attachments and certain bst pets have any whatsoever. EDIT: Oh i thought puppet had some crit dmg attachments, guess its just rate, leaving bst assuming the thf/war/drk jobs get it anyway Inb4 all pet attacks are crits and we see pet burn parties for everything until an eventual hot fix.

When I go into my cofig I don't have any folders, no screenshot folder either. Tried making a txt document and saved it in the cofig menu but it does not work.
