The latter describes more than half the people I see posting in this forum. They always seem to find some way to slip in some insult, condescending remark or any other way to poke at someone while replying to them. This is not exclusive. Ever seen a picket rally? Those guys scream insults at each other for no other reason than they have different views.

It's all linked to the exact same account with the exact same character. Plus that one has a whole 2 posts. There is nothing he's hiding in doing this so there is nothing to gain.
Yes, post count is definitely the best measure of a community member's contributions.
You didn't answer the question. What constitutes a sock? I've been called one before because I didn't agree with someone when my character is linked and one of the oldest characters here. People around here have some very odd criteria for their definitions.
