Pretty sure you are about to see it get fixed pretty soon, now that 3 of McConnell's attempts to repeal it have blown up on the launchpad. Then we will see that the GOP has been lying all along, of course, most of the country knows that.
Red state governors refusing that Medicare expansion totally has nothing to do with the ACA appearing to be failing in red states yet data shows it successful in Blue states.
