From spin to deflection huh?

Its ok, its a huge embarrassment for Trump that he was informed that Flynn was lying, and only asked if Flynn did something illegal, got told no, and vigorously defended Flynn without doing any kind of investigation until he read a news article that Flynn was lying, only then deciding to fire him, then still defended him despite having been told from the get go by Obama, Congress, and his Attorney General that Flynn was radioactive and should not be hired. Strategies indeed.

Too difficult to deny that you wouldn't be holding water for a Democrat in the same position, eh? Oh well.

On topic, the media has overplayed every single hand for over a year, so the end result will be that nobody freaking cares except for the people who already hate him. When everything is a big deal, nothing is a big deal.

I stopped caring after Trump won. If Trump does nothing for 4 years it is better than Hillary.

Really if you think about it the day to day politics people tune out. It's all about winning the election and getting back to the real world. Not keeping up with every little detail of the President.

Sadly, perhaps, they never even bothered to tune in. Not even during the election.

voter turnout

More than 55% of eligible voters didn't care enough to vote, at all, for ANYONE... not even Joe Exotic and he is broke as ***....

let alone summon the wherewithal to troll each other on an internet forum on a third party hack website for a dying fifteen year old japanese on line video game that nobody ever heard of.

We're are some kind of rare breed of a weird subhuman species never even considered for mass production...thank Altana.

No. The problem is that the "problems" are obvious, but the solution is almost impossibly complicated as everything has become intertwined with everything else and changing any one thing knocks over the domino.

Then you factor in our representatives and... ok take mine...please... pat tiberi he has a degree in journalism...which is great... if you write articles for huffpo for a living.

Take a good look at this doofus... see the FDA mark certifying him as a Grade "F" Nimrod

Now try to imagine the task of explaining TO HIM the tax code, or net neutrality, or international trade, or damn near anything at all in this wondrously monstrously overly complicated system we have in place. And then you tell me he has what it takes to legislate.

Are you starting to see the problem now? and then of course to his left is someone equally as dumb as he is on the other side pushing back the other way.

None of these dummies has a crystal ball that can see into the future, they are no smarter than you or I and every button that they touch says CATASTROPHIC FAILURE - DO NOT TOUCH on it. and to obtain this lofty position they basically won a glorified high school popularity contest to get on the student council....

and then we sit around here with our thumbs up our *** wondering why the school lunches never taste any better like they promised.

HUBRIS

Michelle Obama is a *** LAWYER she know jack *** ***about how school lunches are made ok? much less how to make them better or more healthy. So she says... I Know! I Know! I Know! I'll Hire a Chef! Chefs know how to cook things...and do stuff with pans and chef things and make them tasty!.... >.>

I'll give you three guesses how much school lunches have improved after eight years of trying to fix them.

You had one job!!!

Have you even read any of those articles from HuffPost?

It's amazing that some of them graduated from the 3rd grade, the level of competence in journalism they portray.....

Same goes towards MSN and CNN. I mean, seriously, they have Maddow-level competence going there.

It took her eight years and she still failed to make lunch ok.

And that's just one thing. One tiny task. One little tiny simple problem.

School lunches suck.

So....why doesn't someone make them better?

My first thought was...man that is really a misogynistic idea from the jump... <Obama ponders the problem> Hmmm, school lunches suck you say... /yells into the kitchen

Hey Honey! go fix those fat kids at school a decent sammich for christsakes.... I'm busy!

And then she swoops in with her apron on like well I am a woman... so I should know how to make a sammich....

THANKS OBAMA way to set back the women's movement a hundred years.... and nice work michelle. you had all the power of a genie but failed to put two slices of bread and some bologna in the proper order....nice....real nice.

I hope the sound of those kids throwing the lunch you made them into the garbage haunts you forever.

Government regulated school lunches were too hard. That's why we should put them 100% in charge of healthcare.

The same can be said for our legislators.

But it's not their fault. We voted these obviously incompetent, completely unqualified, clueless boobs in there in the first place.

You don't call a plumber to do you taxes or hire a beauty queen to write your laws except we do. over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.

I'll follow the Trump plan for politics. First I need to get on reality TV to establish a platform and image. Then I'll talk about running for office for years. Hopefully by then some ultra minority will be running. I'm thinking a transgender Muslim that was in ISIS. I think I could win this !

It's embarrassingly easy. Pick a party, go volunteer at their local headquarters, answer a phone, maybe print up some flyers and in an election cycle you should earn enough brownie points that they will point you to a district nobody is running in or the other guy is currently unopposed, get on the ballot and you got a 50/50 shot of winning without ever putting up a flyer unless you refuse to change your name from Oleg "The Russian Bear" Taktarov to "James Stone"

To be honest, you do trust a bureaucrat to be a Congressman?

I rather have the plumber or beauty queen to write the laws rather than a bureaucrat, who obviously have no knowledge of anything outside their little cubical but somehow still writes more regulations than anything else. At least with the plumber, s/he can be reasoned with.

Once they win an election obtain a federal government job they are insulated from the real world.
ftfy.

I would also include state and local government jobs, but those people are members of their community, and easier to trace/wrangle, so they are more in line with their perspective societies.

Obviously your school isn't that smart. You hide the grey meat with brown or white sauce. It also hides the smell.
