Meanwhile in Trump land:

Totally Hair Barbie, which debuted in 1990, is the best-selling Barbie doll of all time. She looks exactly like you’d think: cascades of crimped blonde hair hang to high-heel ready feet, flowing over her stilt legs and vanishing waistline.

Meanwhile in 2016 the best-selling doll in Barbie’s Fashionista line was a brunette Latina with a “curvy,” build and brown eyes, Mattel told The Huffington Post.

It doesn't sell well with the anime crowd. They're looking for women with impossible proportions that also look like they're 14.

Also I guess he exploited this woman cause you know he hates women:

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry/shame-on-trump-for-exploiting-a-widow_us_58b6fb68e4b023018c6c1dc4?section=us_women

The most emotionally charged moment of President Donald Trump’s speech to Congress on Tuesday belonged to Carryn Owens, the wife of Chief Petty Officer William (Ryan) Owens, the Navy SEAL killed in a commando raid that Trump authorized in January. The bi-partisan standing ovation that she drew lasted for several minutes as the widowed mother of three wept openly and, with eyes turned toward heaven, mouthed the words “I love you” to her dead husband.

Her husband’s sacrifice and her reaction broke through the partisan rancor that plagues Washington ― as well it should have.

I can't believe he would parade a woman in crisis in front of the nation like that for political gain. That is the exclusive right of the Democratic National Convention.

That's right. Putting the families of soldiers/victims front and center in political arenas for the purpose of honoring them or conveying a message is brand new. Only Trump would stoop so low and must be called out for it.

Well, looks like Sessions did indeed recuse himself from any and all of the Russian investigations.

Watch. Before tomorrow morning, Sessions will tender his resignation for his involvement with Russia.

Failed predictions don't help your credibility any. He already recused himself, there's no need to resign over nothing.

He won't do that.

But its the deputy AG who is in charge of the Russia link investigations right now. And she is an Obama holdover. She could appoint a special prosecutor...

Trump's choice for deputy AG is up for conformation next week. He just finished inditing 7 Baltimore cops on a whole bunch of charges including racketeering.

US Senate calls on British spy Christopher Steele to give evidence on Trump-Russia dossier.
The key thing here, if you ask me, is that the FBI and both sides of the aisle have found Steele to be credible. They would not be seeking this if they did not.

Quote:
John McCain, the former Republican presidential candidate, and chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, sent an intermediary to London in November last year to collect Mr Steele’s dossier, which was subsequently passed personally by the Senator to FBI director James Comey. And Mr Steele had, while carrying out his Trump inquiry, himself liaised for regular periods with the bureau.

Mr Trump has personally attacked Mr Steele, declaring the report on the Kremlin connection by the former MI6 officer as a fabricated work, put together by a “failed spy”.

In reality, Mr Steele was, and continues to be, held in high regard by British security and intelligence services as well as the American security officials who worked with him in the past.
Steele is not an idiot, he has gone into hiding ever since the Wall Street Journal 'leaked' the contents of the dossier. This leak incidentally resulted, as it is suspected, in the deaths of four senior Russian intelligence officials - the most recent of which was Oleg Erovinkin, the former head of the KGB, who was found dead in his car back in January.

The sheer fact that both republicans and democrats want to speak to him says a fair bit.

Jeff Sessions said:
“I sort of assumed perjury occurred, but I want to read what was said, what the established fact is, and decide how clear that is and whether or not there is any wriggle room or realistic defense there," Sessions said in 1998. Back then, the senator described perjury as a “big-time issue,” adding, “I have no doubt that perjury qualifies under the Constitution as a high crime. It goes to the heart of the judicial system.” ...
High crimes... of course it was a democrat he was talking about, republicans never pejure themselves, they just "mispeak."
