Very easy to establish a connection and motivation for collusion between Trump and Russia just off his own words.

Does the same exist with respect to Obama and Clinton to establish a connection and motivation for this allegation?

In order to execute that warrant they had to have monitored parts of his campaign.
In order for the FISA warrant to be granted, the Secret Court would need probable cause that Trump or someone working with him was acting as an agent of a foreign power.
FISA warrants are almost never denied.

The fact that Obamas first warrant was denied gives more weight to the idea that Obama was abusing his powers than the fact that the second one went through indicates trump was up to no good.

Here's another daily reminder that Obamas administration did conduct surveillance on the Trump campaign.

Here's two more facts

1) The information that ultimately lead to Flynn's removal came from a transcripts phone call. Someone had to order that phone to be tapped, and someone had to leak that information contained within that call.

2) Before he left office Obama eased the rules on intellegence sharing between all the agencies.

I lost track of what the point of your argument was long ago. Actually, I lost track of why this is even a newsworthy event long ago too. Trump will still be president because this is a fruitless witch hunt, and Obama won't be charged with anything and he can continue on his quest to remain relevant and preserve his already decaying legacy.
