Mclaren sack it's member for having access to some Ferrari data and still get fined a nice 50,000,000 GBP, meanwhile Renault get let off for actually ordering one of it's drivers to crash on purpose to promote it's other driver to win, potentially endangering others drivers on the track as well as himself... Strange isn't it?
