It's insanely scary. Look at the Jetsons! They have treadmills with no guardrails hanging off their houses. One slip and BOOM, you drop off into the abyss!

I don't understand what's taking automation so long to be a thing. If a boxer could afford to buy a sentient robot maid in 1985, then one should be serving me a cake and giving me a back massage right freaking now.

The latest outrage thing is Trump praising Julian Assange about Russian hacking:

"Julian Assange said "a 14 year old could have hacked Podesta" - why was DNC so careless? Also said Russians did not give him the info!"

You can't automate Truck Driving (yet).

It's going to be one of the last jobs automated when self-driving cars are finally made available.
Oh yeah?

A self-driving truck just hauled 51,744 cans of Budweiser on a Colorado highway

Obama is going to be so confused and disappointed when he's finally free of the presidential restrictions and he tries to get a new Blackberry.

This is Trump's secret weapon. Most presidents end up in a technological freeze for eight years. Trump froze him electronics know-how back in 1986. You should see him jamming on a Sony Walkman when no one else is around.

I mean, at her age? Seems pretty with it to me, all things considered.

Let's be honest. Probably 3/4 of the women her age don't text at all and of them that actually do, I'll be 50% of them "sign" every text like it's an e-mail.

I'm wondering how Trump is going to deal with Secret Service taking his phone and prohibiting his tweeting once he's sworn in.

Don't worry he can easily have an intern tweet for him.

Joe Manchin (D. West Virginia Senator) won't be attending the meeting hosted by Obama to try and save Obamacare. Says he can't in good conscience do it.

I mean, just looking at the fact he's from West Virginia...I can't imagine this isn't exactly the kind of guy Trump is supposedly trying to get out of government.

West Virginia politicians don't get far without catering to coal companies. And coal companies are hurting enough without the ACA requirements.

And a brief look at his history validates this. He's awfully pro-coal for a Dem.

Direct from his Wiki:

Quote:
Critics have stated his opposition to health regulations that would raise expenses for the industry are due to his stake in the industry; Jim Sconyers, chairman of West Virginia’s Sierra Club chapter stated that "he’s been nothing but a mouthpiece for the coal industry his whole public life."

People seem to forget that coal is still useful and that energy doesn't come out of thin air...so over regulating in West Virgian coal country is sorta a bit deal.
