You're asking why would someone think an understaffed US prison could be taken over by inmates? Really?

Google translated because I don't wanna find a proper article:
Quote: The riot at the privately run prison HMP Birmingham started on Friday morning when the inmates should have been denied watching television and going to the gym.
According to other media, the origin, however, be due to the lack of hot water in the prison.
When the guards tried to get around the 400 inmates in their cells again, a guard have been threatened with a used syringe, then an internal grabbed his keys.
Then the situation escalated and the prisoners took over several parts of the prison building, including the gym, pharmacy and safety equipment.
Inmates must also have broken several lights and set fire to several places and he broke into an office where they managed to erase parts of his criminal record.
The startled prison staff had to quickly retreat and they escaped prisoners could therefore move freely between the different parts.
A spokesperson at the security company G4S, who works at the prison, told the Birmingham Mail that you are currently working with colleagues from all parts to get control of the situation.
According to the newspaper, one of the prisoners to be seriously hurt, but a spokesman for West Midlands Ambulance Service said they have several strengths in place at the prison but there are no details of any casualties or damages.
The national task force has been called in to take control of the event and even a crisis team with expertise in the prison incidents is in place.
Meanwhile, the rest of the prison, which total includes more than 1450 male prisoners, locked and all inmates who are not involved in the riot are being held.
The riot is the third in an English prison in less than two months.
On November 6 was 200 inmates involved in a brawl at a prison in Bedford and 29 November occurred another event at the prison HMP Lewes, East Sussex.
The leader of the jailer unions POA, Mike Rolfe, telling the Birmingham Mail that previously warned that serious incidents may occur and that sent a sharp warning to the Justice Department that the country's prisons are in crisis.
- The ongoing bloodshed in the prisons of this minute. The staff is on its knees, is dejected and lost all motivation. Low staff numbers and that people in droves are leaving their jobs is really a bad combination, and it is dangerous for everyone, both for staff and for prisoners, he told BBC Radio Four.
In a recent report also criticized the relationship especially at the prison in Bedford, where inmates stated that it is easier to get drugs than to get clean clothes and sheets.

Either you're intentionally missing the point or you actually think that it's feels to believe that OJ did it (in spite of, you know, the facts).
No, he's sort of spot on here based on your own example.
We're all pretty *** sure OJ did it in spite of no conviction.
We're all pretty sure Bill Cosby is a big date raping jerk, despite his claiming it was all "consensual."
We're all pretty sure Trump is a big con, swindler, and law breaker despite all his various settlements to keep his name technically clean.
We're all pretty sure the Clintons are dirty as hell despite no convictions.
It's all the bloody same, people just don't want to apply it universally.
A lot of what you said has little to do with feels. Just because you get it doesn't mean that the person you're white-knighting does. You jealous because you haven't been able to white knight KN yet today? It's ok you'll get your chance!

Progressives believe all rural area's / non-Progressive areas are filled with scenes straight out of deliverance. It's part of their universal condescension and rude treatment of the rural voters which is what fueled Trumps election campaign from the very beginning.

The justice system doesn't determine reality, it just determines punishment. A murderer's a murderer whether a judge says so or not, and as long as people act within the law they have a right to think whatever they want. Feels not facts, I know.
Either you're intentionally missing the point or you actually think that it's feels to believe that OJ did it (in spite of, you know, the facts). An OJ analogy would be something like there being no bloody glove, no DNA found at the scene, and Nicole and Ron are still alive but dangnabit he's a murderer because he's got to be guilty of something! People can think whatever they want. Doesn't mean much if it's not grounded in any facts though.

I'm implying that the one in the UK is more famous and that Ramyrez' provocative question towards Draco was completely off target and missed the point by miles.

Obviously Her Majesty couldn't of done anything illegal. To accuse her of committing a crime would be to imply that she's human and therefor not a divine being sent down to earth to save the planet from "Evil White European Males" bent on destroying the world with their vile capitalist ways. And since they already know that she's a divine being, well it just goes to follow that any criminal actions must of been from the those vile conservatives instead.
Think I laid it on a bit thick but it still outlines the point.

I mean, that's what I'm getting from the bolded statement.... The criminal act never happened. Private servers were not illegal. Two emails had information unnecessarily classified as 'confidential'. And the FBI received the emails it asked for.
If you want to argue on the carelessness of using a private server, go nuts. But this "lock her up", above the law nonsense needs to go away. It did its purpose and even Trump has abandoned it.

There's a difference between having an email server to do business in the private sector, and having an email server to do business for top-level federal business, especially business that requires top-secret security clearance.
For one thing, it was more than just "2", and even more than what Clinton stated (zero). It was 110 that was classified as confidential (or higher) at the time, with well over 2,000 reclassified to confidential (or higher) after the fact. Either way, your defense is weaker than Obama's "get-out-the-vote-or-I-will-consider-this-as-an-insult-to-me-personally" plea.

.... Seriously .... a few pages back I outlined exactly how this works from my personal expert experience. When you obtain a clearance you are read-on and sign lots of paperwork and receive several briefings about what you can and can't do. Storing, transmitting or processing classified material on a non approved non government owned system is right near the beginning. Doing such is a reason for revocation or suspension of said security clearance, doing it with the purpose to evade or avoid using government systems is a violation of multiple federal laws.
Hillary has done one of two things, either knowingly transmitted, stored and processed classified material on an unauthorized system, in which case she must definitely did break the law, or unknowingly transmitted, stored and processed classified material on an unauthorized system, in which case she didn't break the law but committed an act of gross negligence towards national security and is incompetent.
And that's just about the classified emails thing, not the destroying evidence after receiving notification to hand it over nor the violations of federal record keeping laws. Government officials are forbidden, by law, from conducting government business on unauthorized systems and must maintain records of every communication involving government business.

Oh it gets really screwed up. The IT guy who actually executes the action demanded immunity before any form of testimony. Dude knew he was about to be made the fall guy. Back in December Hillary's staff asked for the archived data to be nuked, the guy rightfully didn't nuke this archived as it would likely violate Federal record keeping laws. When ***got real and he realized the behemoth over his head he nuked it and then later cocooned up. Pissing off Hillary and being the reason "Her Majesty" didn't ascend the throne would of been career suicide for him. The leaders of the Tech industry, in which this guy works, contributed heavily towards Hillary winning.
So yeah, I feel sorry for that guy.
