Which Job Is Faster When It Comes To Melee?

The only jobs I'm thinking on playing is ether Ninja or Monk job and would like to know which one is faster in melee compared with both.

For ninja you do get:

Huton: Increases attack speed by 15%. for 70s



For monk you also get:

Rockbreaker: Delivers an attack with a potency of 130 to all enemies in a cone before you.
Can only be used when in coeurl form.
Additional Effect: Changes form to opo-opo for 10s.
Additional Effect: Grants Greased Lightning for 14s.
Greased Lightning Bonus: Increases damage dealt by 10% and attack speed by 5%.

Also which is end game used the most ninja or monk.

Monk is more common in endgame, I don't really see many ninja...

But yeah MNK delivers a lot of punishment.
