I see they fixed the infinite money glitch looks like I won't be getting this patch.
On PC there are ways to still enjoy the fixes and have infinite money. if that is ALL that is holding you back from patching.

On PS4 my computer could maybe run the game...not upgrading a 10 year old computer though to find out.

I'm sorta glad I don't play on PC because it would be easy to cheat or make things "easier". Playing on PS4 forced me to do the things the right way not the easy way.

Playing on PC is only more fun because of messing around with mods and console after you beat the game.

Yes I did the infinite money glitch but I still had to do all the content. It just made it easier to obtain guns and ammo. The difficulty of the game remained the same.

Until DLC comes out I've been more interested in playing *gasp* FFXI.

Yeah, I mean, I get the people who want to "play clean," but frankly some things are just irritating and I've no problem if people want to cheat in a single player game. It's about your own personal enjoyment, not someone else judging you for it.

I certainly get what you're saying about console forcing you to play a bit cleaner. There have been a few safes and the like early in game where I've just been like, "Yeah...I won't remember to come back for this. [console, click safe, "unlock"!]"

I've found a renewed interest in XI in the past week or so during a time I was expecting to be bringing my involvement to a close. Dunno why, but I'm riding that feeling while I can.

I've done a lot of time in Fallout since it released though and I will most assuredly doing 4-5x as much as I already have before I'm done with it, so.

you can't post that and then just not post the link to the mod that makes the three wolf moon shirt a reality.

I played a little last night but I've been stuck on a quest that my explosive ammo keeps making me fail with splash damage. I called it quits pretty early and went back to The Witcher 3 for a while.

I've been exploring the highway now that I've got a jetpack. Found a full suit of X-01 east of Greygarden, just standing next to what looks like vertibird wreckage.

Unless it's at a military depot type place, I guess there's at least 2 of those suits.

After poking around a couple other sites, the armor up there is leveled. So stay away until you're 60, maybe 70+. I'm not exactly sure when X-01 starts showing up.

Ah, ok. I keep feeling there's a LOT of little things that start popping up in the higher levels.

From what I've read, that's set to be there every time. There are a few spots where the armor changes depending on your level. I'm kind of expecting X-01 to be all over the place, being level 105 and all.

There is only 1 spot I know of that is a 100% every time full suit of X-01 power armor. Some say you need to be level 27 min to get it (Slowtaku) but I have never been there lower level than that anyway so not sure.

"To track down the full X-01 suit, begin by locating the Custom House Tower on the east side of the wasteland, near Faneuil Hall. However, don’t actually go inside the Tower. Instead, head southwest down the road until you reach the building with a sign that says “35 Court”. This is the tall green building to the left of the Tower entrance."

Just work your way up there and it is yours. I have done gotten it on 2 playthroughs, full suits both times on my level 50ish it was the third tier up mod of it.

Pretty sure I picked that set up myself and it was full suit except the head.

I got the "intervention" quest for Cait, and completed it, but I still haven't received the perk for max affinity with her. Does it take a while after completing the quest, or can I only get one perk between the possible romantic interests?

You can complete the quest without getting max affinity, but you also need to flirt with her and pass the charisma check if I remember right.

Definitely no flirt option after the drug quest, which would have been kind of an awkward time to flirt anyway... but do you actually have to romance her to get the perk? I can't be cheating on Piper now, that probably wouldn't end well

You can pass the flirt and not go into the romance options. I flirted with basically all my followers, even the men, just to see what they'd say.

Yeah. Games don't seem to get this concept sometimes, man. It's like in Mass Effect. I can't be banging Kelly at first just because I can (and because I want her to take care of my fish) and then be all romantic with Tali.

It's just awkward, man.

Edit: Semi-related; are followers immortal if you send them off to little-used settlements and don't pay attention to them?

I normally keep everyone in Sanctuary but getting real tired of Strong getting pissy just because I decided to mod a weapon.

I dunno if I was in a lower level area or that my weapons and perks have made me super powerful but I was going round just sneak attack 1 hit killing everything.

Oh but then there was a skull icon Mirelurk Queen to make me feel like ***.

While most areas seem to adjust to you, some decidedly seem to not. Random raiders tend to give me ~40-60 experience per kill, but I breezed into a building the other day and they were all still 6 exp chumps.

At least the Queen gave you something to consider. I obliterated one the other day like it was nothing. She must have been newly-ascended to the throne or something.

I think I need to stop flirting/being a ***, finish my current story line, and start a new game playing on survival.

Edit: Then again, like a *** psychopath I decided to make another Mythic, so I'll be immersed in FFXI more again, so maybe I'll let F4 simmer a bit after I finish the story line while I do that and come back fresh afterward.

It got ridiculous when I was just sneak attack 3x melee everything to death with kremvh's tooth, still haven't found a legendary machete to stick the attachment on yet.

EDIT: I certainly didn't breeze through the Queen but if I wasn't paying attention she could have killed me, not like the one at the Castle where I had to constantly hide and take potshots with the Missile Launcher.

I...

*boggle*

Didn't even *think* about doing that. I didn't think you could! I mean, in fairness to me, I don't play melee much because I've always been a little sniper ***, but...

So it'd basically be a double legendary that way?

Yeah pretty much, the sacrificial blade thing is a removable attachment.

Butcher Pete, more than anything else (even the revamped DJ) is why I can't listen to Diamond City Radio.

Seriously, two songs about that ***? No wonder that generation dropped the bomb.

Yes, I know the song came out later

So bongo, bongo, bongo I don't want to leave the Congo, oh-no-no-no-no-no

Bingle, bangle, bungle I'm so happy in the jungle, I refuse to go

I seriously awake from nightmares with that song in my head. Joke-free, 100% serious. That song is engrained into my psyche.

I mean, I'm at work and I still just looked around to see if there was a bottle of rum to help me deal with having typed it.

Edit: Butcher Pete, inversely, is fine with me. It's a bit of an earworm too, but it's all marvelous sexual innuendo and I can do that all day.
