well point it out then.
He's being accused of unfairness solely based on his heritage. Muriel acted in accordance with the law when the documents were requested by the press. This is the same judge that did Trump a huge favor by delaying his trial until after the November elections so the proceedings wouldn't interfere with his campaign. It's another Trump hissy fit that he's apparently starting to walk back on today.

He's given a Judge that's the son of 2 illegal immigrants whom releases classified court documents to the media for them to continue thier onward attacks on him and his credibility. What do you think.

Uh, classified refers to national security, civil documents and most criminal ones are public information unless they have been sealed by a court. Are you sure you're understanding what's being claimed? If a judge releases sealed documents without a motion or not in accordance with the statute, they can be impeached. It also doesn't really matter what the immigration status of his parents was, he's a natural born citizen, same as any other. This xenophobia really has no place in the court, anyway.
I'll let you be the expert on what they label as Classified Court Documents.
What I really want to know is this. How can a Judge who is sworn in to uphold US Law be unbiased to Trump's case or illegal immigration itself. You"re wrong. He is not a "natural born citizen". That law itself is obviously broken when ppl like himself are given such status after breaking US Law then expected to uphold US Law is total nonsense.

I'm no expert on courts, but the fact that you're using the wrong term makes me question the source you're using as they likely know much less than they should.

He was born in Indiana, he didn't break any law. Unless you want to set the precedent that you can be charged with crimes committed by others. That's a very scary thought and in opposition to the way our judicial system was built.

His stance on immigration is irrelevant as well, since that's not what the case is about.

Graham to Trump backers: 'If anybody was looking for an off-ramp, this is probably it'

Quote:
Washington (CNN) South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham urged Republicans backing Donald Trump to rescind their endorsements following the presumptive Republican nominee's comments about judges' ethnicity and religion.
"This is the most un-American thing from a politician since Joe McCarthy," Graham told The New York Times regarding Trump's comments.

"If anybody was looking for an off-ramp, this is probably it," he added. "There'll come a time when the love of country will trump hatred of Hillary" Clinton.
Trump is facing scrutiny for comments he made over the past week accusing Muslim and Mexican judges of being biased. He was asked Sunday on CBS's "Face the Nation" if a Muslim judge would treat him unfairly due to his proposal to ban Muslims from entering the United States.

"It's possible, yes," Trump said. "Yes. That would be possible, absolutely."

The businessman was already under fire for his assertion that the Mexican parentage of Judge Gonzalo Curiel has colored his rulings in lawsuits against Trump's business school, given Trump's plan to build a wall on the U.S.-Mexico border.

CNN has reached out to Graham and the Trump campaign for comments.
Trump surrogate New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie dismissed Graham's comments as having any significance.

"Lindsey's lost any credibility he's had. He should worry about going back to South Carolina and trying to rebuild his base in South Carolina or he won't be in the United States Senate for much longer," he said Tuesday.

Although Graham previously told CNN that he is supporting neither Trump nor Clinton, he did say that a phone call with Trump in May was a "cordial, pleasant phone conversation" and said the two discussed national security threats, including ISIS. Graham also told CNN's Dana Bash in May that he informed donors that he will no longer pick a fight with Trump because it does no good.

Graham and Trump have had an acrimonious relationship stretching back to some of the earliest days of the Republican presidential race, when Graham was also a Republican primary candidate.
One of their most notable beefs occurred last summer when Trump released Graham's personal cell phone number during a press conference.

The senator, who dropped his presidential bid in December, has since offered some of the most biting criticisms of Trump, including calling him a "race-baiting, xenophobic, religious bigot" late last year.

And after Trump locked up the Republican nomination, Graham said that Trump doesn't have the temperament or judgment to be president and said Trump has "conned" the Republican Party.

There's only two possible ways to see such a situation.
- Two Illegal Immigrants give birth to children in a foreign country
A) This is the solution to the problem.
or
B) This is a backdoor entrance for illegal immigrants and shouldnt be open in the 1st place

You could make that case of course, but that's the bar that's been set for all of us. It's not like this judge found some loophole, it's literally the same laws that every natural born American is governed by. I'm all for using the legislative process, but you can't pick and choose who gets what rights, it's literally the reason our nation exists at all.

Roughly 1/10 of all Mexicans live illegaly inside the USA. How many of them have given birth to children that stand against illegal immigration? How many of them are US Judges sworn in to uphold US Law? How many nations have Laws that allow illegal immigration? Shame on the USA and all those gd racists!

Who said anything about unqualified? A person's heritage has no bearing on their ability to remain unbiased. To say otherwise is blatant racism.

Nothing the judge has done has been outside of precedent or unethical. Focusing on his ethnicity, parentage, and ties to his community is pushing the bar Trump has set even lower.
