Events have been starting at 9 eastern since DST, why would it be different for this one...? It will start in 36 minutes, it isn't late.
PST =/= PDT as far as RK is concerned. Most of the world doesn't do DST and RKs times reflect that.
Its here! 100-gem - Wizard Staff XII! ... Platinum Sword get! I should be able to get maybe two more 11 pulls by the end of event. time to cross fingers for more.....

2nd 11 pull all 3*, I'll cut it while I'm ahead and save the last 100 for Shadow/Basch
100 gem - Spellbinder
11x - Defender and Platinum Sword First 11-pull - White mage staff.
Pulling second 11-pull now...  Did another anyway because no self restraint, got everything I wanted and some nice stat stuff. Only thing I didn't get was Grand Armor which... I have Plat Sword now so I wouldn't have been able to utilize it anyway. Last 50 mith will go toward Basch, maybe Shadow. Eh, 170 mythril spent and just got some unique armor. I guess my last round of spending was so good that I shouldn't complain. I still have PP in the meantime.
I actually really want Defender for Agrias since shes my favorite from that game but meh lol, I'll try to toss w/e mythril I get at the banner before it ends.
Edit: Just used my last 5 and got Spellbinder, this realm loves me lol.  Not like this...  Andddd time to quit. 3x 11-pull and 100 gem - Did not get Platinum Sword. *sigh*
100 Gem - Nothing
1st 50 - Grand Armour + Misc. 5-Star for X 2nd 50 - Kaiser Shield 3rd 50 - Defender + Misc. 5-start for FFT and FF8 And thus the salt train is continued. lol. Still nice pulls though and I like Agrias a lot so I'll just keep going for Mythril and hoping for a Platinum Sword pull in the near future. *Continues to burn Core duns for Mythril* Seems like my luck was all used in SSSB banner 1, 3 and Auron banner.
34 pulls and just the white and black mage weapons. Still more 33 to do. I'm so salty that I got two non uniques and probably the worst shared on the banner.
2nd 50 Pull - Nu Khai Armband. was hoping for something for Agrias, but I'll take it.
Im sure somewhere in the world someone pulled 4 Platinum Swords in a single 11-pull.
Curse than unknown guy im sure exists. RW switched to Ramza, he has enough MND for a 24s haste which is close enough
