Was just looking at kongbakpao, let me make sure I'm reading this right. We are getting 3 MC2's on Relm's banner?? Celes, Shadow, AND one for Relm even though she was JUST released with that banner?

Let me be the one to make you feel *slightly* better about your relic. It is arguably the best medica in the game period. It's 40% heal of the target's maximum HP(1360-2600 hp to party members) and the best part of this, which makes it OP is that its instant cast!

Most debate that medicas are better on support/aux-dps characters rather than your main healer as getting your gauge for that can be rough and perhaps that gauge is better use for something else.

The only issue is if you can fit Yuffie in your team composition. She has thf 5, so thats great for thief revenge. No combat, so no life siphon, but she does have Ninja 5 for niche fights and dancer 4 which is great for fights with adds or multiple bosses as you can basically use an AoE breakdown. Only downside to bard AoEs is no dmg but what you lack from that non-dmg abilities you gain with more aoe dmg or a strong mitigation from all enemies.

Yup. And it starts a trend with most of the future banners.

Yeah, I don't mind slotting her in, just a matter of finding how. I was hoping for a few other relics in the banner more than naught so my disappointment is more akin to me not getting what I want since I know overall Banner 5 is pretty pimp banner on anything you get.

I'm debating making another 11 pull since I'm sitting on 223 Mythril and I still have a lot of core dungeons to clear that can accumulate into a lot of Mythril for FFT.

I've had her headband since it came out. It's good, but slotting a DPS in for specifically a medica is tough. She has Shadowsteel access which is okay since a lot of bosses can be Sapped and it has a decent modifier to boot. I've used her in FF7 mainly. 7 is stacked for damage anyways

Did two 11 pulls and all I got was sentinel grimoire but that was nice to snag. Just did a single pull today and got steiner ultima sword is it any good? Should I replace Joseph with steiner for now with it? Just got a 4 star on Joseph right now everyone else has a 5* weapon

Could this Ultimate fight be more annoying. Seriously this is some bs.

General rule is any char without relic < any char with unique relic.

Josef is considered one of the worst characters in the game and Steiner is pretty decent. His SB isn't bad either.

If he was ever considered good, it was purely because of his RM/2 being kinda nifty. His original relic is horrendous.

I think if I had to do the ultimate over again, changes I would make would be to bring Protectga over Shellga. I didn't see any magic damage that fight but I saw a bunch of physical AOE damage. I think Freya would have been a better choice for support over Gordon for that fight as well. Goddess's Bell didn't help as much as I though it would and Freya would have been able to put out much more damage than Gordan did.

it was mostly cause he had the 2nd highest attack behind sephiroth back then iirc so he was a good heavy hitter....

anyways so i was trying to find my original FFRK account on an old phone, ended up starting a new one just messing around, pulled sentinelX2, thunder rod, and peacemaker. . . was cool but i was gonna stick with my other account thats like 9 days old now . . . well i overwrote it on accident so im stuck starting over for the third time rofl least i can start tyro off with a 6* grimoire. how handy is peacemaker, should i use a rites to get lightning?

Spent another 50 on Banner 5 just to test my luck since I have a lot of Core Dungeons that can be burned for Mythril for FFT.

Ended up picking up Steiner's Relic outta it (and a Cat Claw), so more reason to start building up Steiner for me.

I think I spent like 250~ mythril over the last months festivities and this 100 I have now is my last chance at getting a game breaking SB. Please DeNA, find it in your hearts to scream at me.

Do notice that not pulling Platinum Sword isnt the end of the world.

The sword will come back during BSB fest and again with next FFT event.

Add that most relics this year arent gamechanging so its possibly to save lots of mythril.

Yeah I mean in general every relic will come back again sometime. Just that people like me have been saving since....last SSB fest for Scream/SG so not getting it is pretty shitty. As far as I know no relic released in JP is as good as Scream, though I don't play JP.
