Not sure if this is fixable, but whenever you use a windower macro to do something like /item "Forbidden Key" <t>, it works fine, unless you have an inventory up, in which case it crashes you, not sure if there's a workaround but it's been the case for a long time.
It's typically a good idea to do a crash dump and post it to the dump page.
