In exchange for prosecuting those 47 republicans, no one in the Clinton family can run for president ever.

Republican senator and presidential maybe-hopeful Lindsey Graham stopped by the "politics and pies" forum in Concord, New Hampshire, today, where he announced that if he is elected president in 2016, his first act will be to deploy the military in Washington to force Congress to reverse cuts to the defense and intelligence budgets.

Yes, you heard that right. Here are Graham's exact words:

Graham would use the military to force members of Congress to not just vote on the bill — but to pass it. Graham didn't say "until I get an up-or-down vote on restoring defense cuts." He said "until we restore these defense cuts."

KFC, the world's largest chain of fried chicken restaurants, may face pressure from consumer and environmental groups to change how its poultry are raised after McDonald's Corp (MCD.N) said it would switch to chicken raised without human antibiotics.

McDonald's will phase out chicken raised with antibiotics that are important to human health over two years to allay concern that use of the drugs in meat production has exacerbated the rise of deadly "superbugs" that resist treatment, Reuters reported last week. Within days, retailer Costco Wholesale Corp (COST.O) told Reuters it aims to eliminate the sale of chicken and meat raised with human antibiotics.

KFC is owned by Louisville, Kentucky-based Yum Brands Inc (YUM.N), which has no publicly stated policy on antibiotic use in the production of meat it buys. Chick-fil-A, another chicken restaurant chain that competes with KFC, says about 20 percent of the chicken it serves is raised without any antibiotics, and that its entire supply chain will be converted by 2019.

Both McDonald's and Yum are stepping up efforts to win back younger and wealthier diners lured away by chains such as such as Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc (CMG.N) and Panera Bread Co (PNRA.O), which boast antibiotic-free meats and other high-quality ingredients. Yum's KFC restaurants in China two years ago suffered a massive sales hit following local media reports that a few poultry farmers supplying KFC fed excessive levels of antibiotics to their chickens.

"The train has left the station," Bob Goldin, a food services company consultant at Technomic in Chicago, said of McDonald's influence on U.S. chicken production standards.

On the Republican Manufactured Outrage Scale™, I only give this "scandal" 1½ Benghazis.

They would have to make a move on international level first.

But she didn't break the rules. There should have been a rule in place that didn't allow what she did but she didn't break the rules. So no. We don't agree. I might have missed something but as far as I was aware it was within the boundaries at the time as long as she preserved emails relevant to state department business. Did she do that? Idk. Is there a way to verify it? Idk. There should be for sure.

With his wife by his side, Arkansas Rep. Justin Harris (R-West Fork) said last week that he sent his two adopted daughters to live with another family, where one of them was later raped, because he would have faced abandonment charges by the state.

However, more information has emerged.

Multiple sources close to the family are reporting that the Harris family thought the little girls were possessed by demons, keeping them isolated in rooms monitored only by video camera and performing exorcisms.

In response to reports of Harris’ “rehoming” of his children, the state legislator previously said he was “failed” by the Department of Human Services when he told employees the girls were too difficult for the family to handle.

According to nearly a dozen sources interviewed by the Arkansas Times, that’s false.

Among the sources: two foster families who cared for the girls prior to the Harris adoption, the girls’ biological mother, a former DHS employee familiar with the proceedings and a former babysitter at the Harrises’ West Fork home.

For example:

Chelsey Goldsborough, who regularly babysat for the Harrises, said Mary was kept isolated from Annie and from the rest of the family. She was often confined for hours to her room, where she was monitored by a video camera. The reason: The Harrises believed the girls were possessed by demons and could communicate telepathically, Goldsborough said.

Harris and his wife once hired specialists to perform an “exorcism” on the two sisters while she waited outside the house with the boys, she said.

Multiple sources who interacted with the family confirmed Goldsborough’s account that the Harrises believed the children were possessed, and another source close to the family said that Marsha Harris spoke openly about the supposed demonic possession.

So, the child was taught that she was possessed by demons, then passed onto another family where she was raped.

That’s not my definition of ‘pro-life.’

Meanwhile, if Republicans could quit telling women what to do with their vaginas, that’d be great.
