In exchange for prosecuting those 47 republicans, no one in the Clinton family can run for president ever.

Deal? Or does one side need to be sweetened a little more?
I'd take that deal in a heart beat. The prosecution would never succeed.

You've ignored all facts besides that she used personal email and instead of addressing the issue at all on a level that has to do with how the government works and restrictions on using private emails or checking up on government officials to make sure they are using their .gov address for all matters of state you continually attack one person because you wish to smear her. Does she deserve it? Possibly. Other than using her personal email you don't really have any proof that she used it for anything devious like you seem to love to allude she did.

You're not interested in fixing anything or even looking at policy. You just launched a smear campaign with whatever morsel came your way and ran with it.

Your reply to my earlier post is magical btw. How very liberal of you!

She broke the rules did she not? That's a fact is it not?

OK, good now that we've agreed on that, "why did she break them"? She gave a number of reasons yesterday that just don't add up, and on top of that, she has a proven history of LYING to us in the past.

I'm sick of the arrogance she drops on us. "I work for you (the public), but you don't get to see what I'm doing when that's part of my job description. She isn't above the rules Flavin, ffs she wants to be president.

All you liberals are doing is screaming at the top of your lungs that you don't care how credible a candidate the next president is, as long as they have that D next to their name, you're in!
I had to laugh when I saw the phrase "as long as they have that D next to their name" and instantly thought of something inappropriate XD

That aside, and now that it's out of my system, focusing entirely on 1 politician who's "guilty" of lying through her teeth, when all of them do it, is pretty sad, because you're not really holding anyone to any standard, presidential candidate or not. Gotta be ready to deal with the fact that if there's a good chance that Hillary, even with this scandal, is still the better candidate for presidency than anything the GOP can fluster around, then that should tell you that the GOP really needs to work on their ***, and provide a better candidate.

Of course, there is also a difference between "breaking the rules" (as not all rules are laws) and breaking the law (where as all laws are rules). Again, most of the "scary liberals" on this site, have already pointed out that what was done was exceptionally shady, but there is questionability as to whether it was illegal.

If it is, in the eyes of the court determined to be illegal, so be it. She'll be judged based on legal premise for doing so.

Sounds like we got a plan of action here. No more Clintons, and in exchange all of the 47 republicans [from the Iran thing] will be brought to trial in a court of law. Results of the trial not guaranteed, obviously.

Of course that's what the Government should be doing.

But as long as the "Us V. Them" mentality exists, it'd be a cold day in hell if it actually happened.

But she didn't break the rules. There should have been a rule in place that didn't allow what she did but she didn't break the rules. So no. We don't agree. I might have missed something but as far as I was aware it was within the boundaries at the time as long as she preserved emails relevant to state department business. Did she do that? Idk. Is there a way to verify it? Idk. There should be for sure.

I never said she was above the rules it is you and every other conservative out there that hasn't show that she has broken the rules only that she has done something that is ill advised. The only reason she really gave though was because she was lazy and didn't want to carry around two phones or manage two accounts which is pretty weak at best. I'm still on the fence about all of this but one thing I didn't like was that her staff deleted a bunch of emails that they deemed to be of a personal nature and had nothing to do with the state department.

Basically though, the thing that pisses me off about all of this is that its just politics as usual smear campaign instead of looking towards actual reform or if she actually did do something very wrong or if her accounts were hacked or if this damaged the US in some way. Its all just get Hilary out of there and make sure she can't run against us in 2016 jsut because she has a D next to her name lol.

Liberals aren't doing that. Conservatives like yourselves just claim that they are and lump in anyone that doesn't agree with them.

Republican senator and presidential maybe-hopeful Lindsey Graham stopped by the "politics and pies" forum in Concord, New Hampshire, today, where he announced that if he is elected president in 2016, his first act will be to deploy the military in Washington to force Congress to reverse cuts to the defense and intelligence budgets.

Yes, you heard that right. Here are Graham's exact words:

And here's the first thing I would do if I were president of the United States. I wouldn't let Congress leave town until we fix this. I would literally use the military to keep them in if I had to. We're not leaving town until we restore these defense cuts. We are not leaving town until we restore the intel cuts.

Graham would use the military to force members of Congress to not just vote on the bill — but to pass it. Graham didn't say "until I get an up-or-down vote on restoring defense cuts." He said "until we restore these defense cuts."
Lindsey Graham: as president I would deploy the military against Congress

So it begins!
Quote:
KFC, the world's largest chain of fried chicken restaurants, may face pressure from consumer and environmental groups to change how its poultry are raised after McDonald's Corp (MCD.N) said it would switch to chicken raised without human antibiotics.

McDonald's will phase out chicken raised with antibiotics that are important to human health over two years to allay concern that use of the drugs in meat production has exacerbated the rise of deadly "superbugs" that resist treatment, Reuters reported last week. Within days, retailer Costco Wholesale Corp (COST.O) told Reuters it aims to eliminate the sale of chicken and meat raised with human antibiotics.

KFC is owned by Louisville, Kentucky-based Yum Brands Inc (YUM.N), which has no publicly stated policy on antibiotic use in the production of meat it buys. Chick-fil-A, another chicken restaurant chain that competes with KFC, says about 20 percent of the chicken it serves is raised without any antibiotics, and that its entire supply chain will be converted by 2019.

Both McDonald's and Yum are stepping up efforts to win back younger and wealthier diners lured away by chains such as such as Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc (CMG.N) and Panera Bread Co (PNRA.O), which boast antibiotic-free meats and other high-quality ingredients. Yum's KFC restaurants in China two years ago suffered a massive sales hit following local media reports that a few poultry farmers supplying KFC fed excessive levels of antibiotics to their chickens.

"The train has left the station," Bob Goldin, a food services company consultant at Technomic in Chicago, said of McDonald's influence on U.S. chicken production standards.

The Greek government has threatened to seize German property as compensation for a Nazi atrocity in World War Two.

Justice Minister Nikos Paraskevopoulos said he was ready to approve a Supreme Court ruling from 2000 backing payment to relatives of the 218 victims.

The debt-ridden government is already calling for Germany to pay billions of euros in wartime reparations.

But Germany insists the issue of compensation was settled in 1990, before the country was reunified.

Chancellor Angela Merkel's spokesman Steffen Seibert said on Wednesday it was Germany's firm belief that the question had been resolved legally and politically.

"We should concentrate on current issues and, hopefully what will be a good future," he said, referring to Greece's financial crisis and the Athens government's proposals for a renegotiation of its bailout package from the EU and International Monetary Fund.

Honestly, it's more about loan renegotiation than anything, otherwise the timing is too coincidental.

And thats the foundation of the greeks ministers claim.

I don't think the two are related.

You cannot accuse Republicans of anything as you sit there willingly with every Democrat in the country, again, looking the other way when a Clinton breaks the law.

I understand the desperation to defend her as it seems every Democrat in America has their eggs in one basket with Hillary and it is coming apart at the seams. In such a supposedly diverse party you would expect more than just one single viewpoint to arise in a Democratic Presidential primary and from it to come out of the mouth of something other than a rich white woman that stands for nothing.

Are you still denying that she lied to the entire world about a youtube video fueling the attack in Benghazi? Can you at least be honest about this fact that is so ridiculously obvious?

There was a rule in place. Why do people keep falsely repeating that there was no rule in place? All government business email belongs to the government. It is not up to, now civilian, Hillary Clinton to decide which emails to hand over to the federal government.

Being ignorant of the law does not give you an excuse to falsely claim she did nothing illegal. At the most you can say "I don't know if she broke the law", Matlock.

With his wife by his side, Arkansas Rep. Justin Harris (R-West Fork) said last week that he sent his two adopted daughters to live with another family, where one of them was later raped, because he would have faced abandonment charges by the state.

However, more information has emerged.

Little Green Footballs reports:

Multiple sources close to the family are reporting that the Harris family thought the little girls were possessed by demons, keeping them isolated in rooms monitored only by video camera and performing exorcisms.

In response to reports of Harris’ “rehoming” of his children, the state legislator previously said he was “failed” by the Department of Human Services when he told employees the girls were too difficult for the family to handle.

According to nearly a dozen sources interviewed by the Arkansas Times, that’s false.

Among the sources: two foster families who cared for the girls prior to the Harris adoption, the girls’ biological mother, a former DHS employee familiar with the proceedings and a former babysitter at the Harrises’ West Fork home.

For example:

Chelsey Goldsborough, who regularly babysat for the Harrises, said Mary was kept isolated from Annie and from the rest of the family. She was often confined for hours to her room, where she was monitored by a video camera. The reason: The Harrises believed the girls were possessed by demons and could communicate telepathically, Goldsborough said.

Harris and his wife once hired specialists to perform an “exorcism” on the two sisters while she waited outside the house with the boys, she said.

Multiple sources who interacted with the family confirmed Goldsborough’s account that the Harrises believed the children were possessed, and another source close to the family said that Marsha Harris spoke openly about the supposed demonic possession.

So, the child was taught that she was possessed by demons, then passed onto another family where she was raped.

That’s not my definition of ‘pro-life.’

Meanwhile, if Republicans could quit telling women what to do with their vaginas, that’d be great.
